I usually don't got with this brand, but after extensive research and checing my motherboard's QVL, I bought this over a different brand specifically for the aesthetics. It claims it's low profile, but the ARGB lightbar makes it just over that. It still fits behind my AIO cooler no problem when top mounted. Timings are looser than I'd like, but so far it's been incredibly stable in my X870 Tuf while paired with a 9800X3D. It's also single-rank, so EXPO loves it. Training only takes a couple of seconds on reboot, which is still faster than my old PC. All in all, unless something changes in the future, I will definitely be buying another few sets of these in the future for other PCs, possibly with a higher capacity. ... show more

I got a pair to fill out the 3rd and 4th memory slots on my motherboard. That ended up overall being a mistake because doing that lowered the clock speed of the memory overall, so what I should have done was instead upgrade to a larger size of memory for 2 memory slots and left the other two empty. Anyway, in the process of learning that the hard way, I was able to stress test and verify that all 4 memory sticks were operating 100% within spec and as advertised. The color range on the RGB is pretty good, but you can definitely see the individual LEDs as bright spots so you're not gonna get that smooth unbroken gradient that the product images of this listing show; It's more like a string light behind frosted glass. ... show more
