At the default XMP timings, 18-20-20-42, this RAM threw round-off errors in Prime95 torture test within 20-30 mins (5600x on MSI B550). It seemed to work fine after I relaxed the timings to the more conventional 18-22-22-42. Passed a 5-hour P95 torture test and standard 4 passes of Memtest86. So I thought all was good with relaxed timings, and decided not to return it, since this 2x16Gb kit was apparently among the last dual-rank 32Gb kits one could buy at the time. Right after the closure of Amazon return period, a P95 round off error was thrown within just a few seconds of running time (I was stressing the PC to test a new fan config). A more thorough testing with Memtest86 revealed the problem, a well-documented issue with high-density RAM chips (see the screenshot). ... show more

I bought 16gb kit at 3600 and these things far out perform my other 16gb 3600 kit that had slightly higher latency(18-22-xx instead of 18-20-xx) in memory tests. I have a ryzen 7 3700x and msi b550 mobo and had 0 compatibility issues and no problem activating the xmp profile. Best budget/non rgb option period. Good, simple looks and low profile. This ram is very good and I would say that is even better than the overprice ram from Corsair. the CAS Latency is very low which is good the lower the CAS Latency the better the ram is.

XPG makes some good ram. Works with XMP out the box, nice design with no crazy gamer heatsink. Height is pretty close to Corsair LPX, and this is $10 less. Easy choice

Easily overclockable, very stable ram. This kit i was able to overclock from 3200 to 3600mhz while keeping my timings the same. CL18
