This product is amazing. I was already a fan of the regular formula for this wave foam, but my problem with that one was that it didn’t really hold up very well after a day basically. I have A LOT of very thick, long, coarse, wavy hair that’s riddled with grays to boot. It’s prone to frizz and all that really hard to manage stuff. The extra hold formula is giving my hair that little bit of extra staying power that I needed to really let my natural waves stay defined and be all they can be. It also left my hair feeling nice and soft. With my hair type, it’s hard to find the hold I need without gunking up my hair and making it feel gross. This does the job amazingly. I highly recommend getting the hydrating wave cream to use with this. Use the cream first, then use the foam after, then apply a gel of your choosing to finish (HIGHLY recommend Aveda nutriplenish curl gelee) so you can create a cast on your waves/curls, then scrunch away the crunch and your hair will look and feel amazing. I let my hair air dry using these products and a day and a half later, my waves still look amazing. And that’s after I slept on them with my hair totally loose because I wanted to see how well it would hold. I’m very impressed. 10/10

Every review I read of this product says it smells like coconuts but it reminds me of the perfume of little old lady's. I used this like iv seen in brad mondos videos but I think I used too much cause it felt all mushy and gross like as if I left shampoo in my hair. But I will admit it does help my curls be more defined and not look frizzy like they normally do.

Love this wavy foam. I lived with straight hair until menopause and suddenly I have 2c hair, with no idea how to manage the wave. Curly girl/wavey hair routines did nothing specially for my hair. My hair is almost down to my waist and this is the first product that left my hair nourished with no frizz and my waves and curls maintained shape for days. I refresh every morning with some water and it’s looks as good as wash day, if not better. It doesn’t weigh my heavy hair down either. This is the only product I need.

I love this foam. I’ve been using it for the past few years and it’s awesome! I have wavy/curly hair that really benefits from a product to help define my curls, and this product is great! I use 2-3 pumps per side (but I could probably use less) and it lasts me months. It always leaves me with beautiful curls I didn’t know my hair was capable of before. I originally used it with other products but realized this one was all I needed. It keeps my hair curly for days!
