These lights are extremely well-made, very attractive and give off a soft white light, but are bright enough to light the driveway and pathways. I even use them in my garden. These solar lights are very well made and sturdy; made with real metal & glass. They're so much better quality than the cheap plastic-looking ones that I've bought in the past. I like how easy it is to take the tops off ro turn them off/on and to turn the brightness up/down. The brightest level is VERY bright so I did turn mine down quite a bit. I also like how they have a warm colored light as opposed to a cool white, as warm lighting is always more inviting and cozy in my opinion. I bought my first two boxes of these about 6 years ago and have loved them. The quality is terrific! About 6 months ago one of the 8 stopped working. A couple of weeks ago another one stopped working. I bought replacement batteries but just to be sure I also bought another box of the lights. The new lights are working perfectly but the ones I replaced the batteries in only worked for a few days. No big deal, like I said I've had these for about 6 years, which I think is pretty good. And of course 6 of the original ones are still working just fine and the copper looks quite good, especially for having been in the weather for 6 years! ... show more

Nicely designed solar lights with one drawback. The battery compartment is designed with.a recess to accept the positive end of replacement batteries. If the metallic positive extension is shorter than that which came with the supplied original battery the contact will.not be made. I learned this after ordering rechargeable AA batteries which had to be returned. I also liked that the brightness of the solar light could be adjusted. ... show more

In January, I ordered a set of six pathway lights fromXMCOSY. I kept them boxed until the day before Memorial Day. Set up instructions were simple; however, one light was defective. I like the lights so much that I ordered four more, which arrived in two days, but I was still bother by the light that didn’t work, so I emailed the company. Within twenty-four hours, I received a response indicating that the company was sending replacement lights, which arrived a few days later. The lights are beautiful, but more importantly, the company backed its product. In the future, Iplan to only purchase lights from this company. This is the second time I’m purchasing these lights! I love them. The amount they send out can be adjusted are the bright is bright and beautiful. The light lasts all night and has a beautiful pattern on where the light sheds. During the day the beautiful pattern on the glass is stunning and looks like crystal.
