I got this for myself for Father's Day, especially since I'm in a townhome where I cannot use a propane grill within 10 feet of the property fence. This thing works flawlessly. I've used it 2x a week for the past 2 months, from burgers, ribs, grilled veggies, sausages, chicken wings, and more. it's really easy to use and I was surprised by how little power it uses. I purchased a budget wet/dry vac so I could clean it up regularly (the inside where all the ash and oil go). The HOA security came by and said someone called it in and he just wanted to make sure it was electric. I showed him the switches and plug and he was convinced so I'm good to go. Technically it's electric... and has live fire but they don't need to know that. Keep in mind you can open/close the vent for direct flame (be careful with oil droppings) or classic pellet grill smoking and cooking. I love this thing. ... show more

Wanted to wait to use it a little bit before adding a review. The results: I love it! Pro: Portability, ease of functionality, Make sure you season it properly to not affect the quality of taste in your food. Overall works great, We are full time Rv'ers and the quality of build holds up being tossed around in the under belly of our fifth wheel. Overall taste was that of using a large Pitboss, pellet consumption is equivalent as well as they added an insulation seal between the lid and the base. Cons: Little heavy, but not really a complaint more of a forewarning. ... show more

    • Poor Design for Maintenance
The auger got jammed the third time I used the grill. When I called support they walked me through the process of tearing down the grill to remove the auger. However, it took an hour and a half to do this and four different people from Pitt Boss. This is a poor design for a problem which can reoccur . ... show more

    • Get ready to do some deep reading as this isn't your average grill.
Honestly I was excited to get this grill but you'll find out that there's a lot of homework and reading to do to begin using it. Don't expext to start using it to cook on right out of the box unless you are one of those seasoned experts on one of these pellet grills. For the average person like myself it's going to take a few runs using it before you start getting the results you might expect. The general weight of this table top grill is pretty heavy so expect that if you're going to be moving it around and be prepared for the smoke setting when in use because it will not disappoint you in that area. You'll have some reading to do once you get it and I would definitely recommend doing that before use and you'll see why. I ended up buying a cart to move it around and unless you have a set place to put it you might want one as well as you'll see why when you have to move it around. ... show more
