  • Perfect for travel: Easy to pack and easy to use
I bought this about a year ago and have taken it on every trip, for wet bathing suits in hotels or when we rent Airbnb and I have to dry woolens or delicates. It's a great design because you don't need clothes pins because you can secure things within the braiding. Really convenient and great to have on any trip. ... show more

  • For us, must-have travel aid
I bought 2 of these and 2 small carabiners. The lines can be tied together and with the carabiners, the whole thing can be configured to fit almost any bathroom, hotel room, whatever. The braided line means no clothespins are necessary. The braiding is elastic enough to grip even shirts without them falling loose. These lines enable us to travel carry-on only. The whole thing weighs almost nothing and is tiny in your suitcase. You can think of it having negative weight and volume, because it lets you pack fewer clothing items. It saves you trips to the laundromat, as well, so you have more vacation time for vacationing. Washing in the hotel room takes maybe 15 minutes and so can be worked in as a non-interfering task. (We’ve found undies can be hotel-room-washed several times before actual laundering is required. Shirts only once before you risk smelling like an unair-conditioned summertime subway car.) Also, the thing saves you money. Laundromats, even if you spring for them to clean and fold, are relatively cheap, but hotel service is usually quite pricey. At times it’s more expensive than just donating your dirty clothes to a local charity and buying new ones. This thing will get you through until you get to a cheaper alternative. So go to a top-flight restaurant on your savings! These and a small container of Woolite or other sink-soap for clothes are always on our packing list. ... show more

  • Grips clothes well, bring a S hook or extra string/paracord
Used it a few times now. Probably get another one when we go on another lengthy trip. Unlike the other clothes I've purchased for camping and travel, this is least bulky, lightest in weight, and more functional. Used inside a RV rental, hooked between standalone range oven handle and a door knob, towel bar to wall hook. Wish it were another foot or so longer but that might be too bulky for 1-2 people. We have 4. To help hang on different things, I have a 4" vinyl coated S hook. Extra length of paracord will do the trick too. Some people are asking whether you drape the clothes on it. The braided design is intended to open and you tuck some corner or bit of strap of the clothing into it. Good grip. I keep ours in my toiletry bag. ... show more

  • Serves the purpose of a travel clothesline
Light and easy to pack, but a bit thicker than I imagined. Sometimes difficult to stretch between two different objects as the elastic is strong. Could definitely see myself causing damage to myself or surroundings if the elastic snaps or the loops slip.

  • Works well
For the most part this line works great. I used it on a recent European trip. The only downside is connecting the second end to something in hotel bathrooms. Carrying a carabiner would help.

  • One bagging essential
I went on a month long surf trip and only brought one set of surf clothes. We were traveling quite a bit and wanted to be as light as possible. This was a lifesaver for hostels where we could wash our clothes in the sink and hang them in our bunk with a girth hitch and heroclip. The design is great as it's 3 weaved bungie cords, so you don't need clothespins if it's windy. I'd previously brought a piece of paracord but this little gadget is so well designed it's worth it's extra weight. It was in use literally 24/7 my entire trip. ... show more

  • Worked like a charm and doesn't weigh hardly anything on its own.
I'd never done my laundry in a hotel bathroom while traveling before until my recent trip to Europe. We decided to pack light and wash our clothes when we needed to. This little clothesline is amazing for that purpose! It's easy to find a way to loop it around something on one end and hook it somewhere else on the other and the latex braiding really grips the laundry you hang up with it, and it supports a good amount of weight. Worked like a charm and doesn't weigh hardly anything on its own. ... show more

  • Very useful for travel, essential for road warriors
I travel a lot, and use this a lot ,this is my second purchase. This thing weighs nothing and takes no space up. You should have this live in your main travel backpack/suitcase. I work out 6x/week, so my strategy, regardless if it is a 4 day or 4 month trip, is to carry 2 dryfit gym outfits, and to handwash an outfit after your workout, and hang them on this plexoline to dry. If you handwash and hang-dry a dryfit outfit, it will dry in 24 hours. This plexoline will allow your to travel light, since you can handwash clothing on the go and always have a rope to dry the clothes on. Note: this plexoline will get destroyed if you leave it a few weeks in the sun. That is why I needed a second plexoline. I consider this essential travel gear. ... show more
