UPDATE: Even with the fact below, this is by far the best cotton cord on Amazon. I was ready to leave a five star review on this product, until I got to the last quarter of my spool. That’s when the wonderful, so soft product ended and a new product began. It should be a continuous spool with no cuts. The second portion is completely different it’s lighter in color, it’s a tighter twist, a different feel, and a little bit thinner than 3 mm.

UPDATE: After having the issue I spoke with the owner to inform him of the problem I had. He explained they had to switch manufacturers and the type of cotton they use which explained the difference in color between my first order and my second. He was quick to respond and very apologetic about the issue. He even refunded my entire order without having to send the rope back. Really excellent customer service and I would buy from them again. I bought two orders of this cord and thought it was awesome! Super soft, durable enough to be taken apart a couple times to fix a mistake, all one length and pretty white. I would have given it 5 stars, however the next two orders I made the cotton was a different color. Slightly more “dingy” looking and I was pretty disappointed. The quality is good but I guess it’s a toss up what color you will get. (In the photo the three strands on the right were the first order and the rest were the second order)

**Update 9/2020** Now my favorite cord to use. Good quality and easy to work with! **Update** Customer service was excellent with my concern. Timely and successful resolution. Would order again. The cord was good quality, but it wasn't a straight 220 yards, about half way through two ends were tied together to complete the spool.

Best macrame on Amazon and a great deal! Very soft, perfect off-white color, frays beautifully (as well as stays in tact if that’s why you prefer), and there is a ton of it. I can probably make 10-15 large planters out of one spool. Absolutely recommend!

Update: the cord did change. Its a sourcing thing. So the color is a more natural color. I've been buying this cord for some time now. I think I've purchased maybe 15 rolls and this last shipment changed. it's a off white brownish yellow color. So it's not the creamy whiter color but if you don't have them side by side you would not notice. I attached a picture of a piece I made with the old and new cord. Granted I made it work but you can see the change
