Shipping was fast and I received all the boxes within a week of each other. I finished putting the set together today and as I was putting the finishing touches on the fire table - I opened the box of tiles and noticed that two of the four tiles were broken in the box :( I do not know how to get a hold of customer service to see what can be done about this. I am hoping they will read this review and reach out to me to replace the two broken tiles. Other than that, the set does take a while to put together, but the end results (minus the 2 tiles) are well worth it. Ohhhh finally i can write my review..... it took 3 boxes 4 days from date of delivery to all arrive.... i wish they were able to deliver everything at the same time however i understand this is probably due to size of boxes and space available on the truck for cost purposes. I do wish however they would give each box a seperate tracking number of they are going to send them seperate. I have bad anxiety and thought part of the set was missing but it wasn't and we had FedEx deliver our set. Customer service was great and got back to me timely about the issue and what was happening. I will say this is a nice set considering the cost and time to put together. One person can assemble however it's easier with 2 and actual tools, we did however get all the hardware and directionsto assemble everything. The cushions are super comfy and color is prefect. Will need to see how long they last as they are going to be in a screen porch but not covered otherwise as of yet. The set seems sturdy and comfortable. Super excited to have the set on our porch. We needed a good set of patio furniture for our Rv rental site in North Georgia. We didn’t want to spend too much and have renters destroy it. This set is exactly what we needed. The quality is good for the price. The cushions could be a little thicker. One important tip is do not tighten the screws until you have gotten all the screws started in their holes. I was skeptical about this patio furniture. It seemed too good of a price to be decent quality but, I gave it a shot. The cons: labor intensive to put together for 1 person. You really need 2 people. Instructions are a bit lacking. **** If you tighten before getting all pieces put together, the holes wont align. **** Some of the rattan scratched from me flipping pieces over on the concrete patio trying to assemble it by myself. Easy fix with marker. Better fix lay down blanket first and get a2nd person to help. Some of the rattan is not secured. Easy fix with epoxy. Seat cushions are a little thin but, not uncomfortable. Pros: Packaged well. Arrived quickly. It is really pretty and looks like quality furniture once its assembled. It seems sturdy. Cushions are comfortable. Fabric seems to be very good quality. Seats are not too low as I noticed with some other brands I was looking at. Two 6 ft, 250+ lb men seat comfortably in it (not too low) and supports their weight. I have had furniture put together for a couple of weeks and use it daily during the Summer. Furniture is kept under a Pergola so I am expecting to get 4-5 seasons out of it at least. My wife and I bought this with color, price, and reasonable style for our patio. We like the color of the pillow cushions, size, and number of pieces for a get together. One small con is the time to build the framework of the seats and sofa. It will take some time to put together with an allen wrench & drill/ bit accessory.
