This item almost works better as a giant fidget ball, than it does a pillow. I say that because moving the coils around and following them in and out of the center of the pillow is one of those mindless addictive actions that just come naturally when you pick up the pillow - and the pillow is frankly not soft enough to be used as an actually pillow. It's VERY firm, and would not be comfortable underneath your head or behind your back, or leaning against in any way. It's just not soft. If you figure out a way that it would be used underneath another pillow as support, that might be an option, but honestly this item is more a conversation piece than a pillow. That said, it works with the decor in my living room (so maybe its just supposed to be decorative!), and it has its uses as a giant fidget ball. Four stars. ... show more
