I bought this table saw for 300 and it lasted maybe 10 uses before the motor went out.

    • Body of Saw made of plastic
You get what you pay for. The instructions are not very clear when it comes to putting the legs together. The table top, fence, and miter gauge are made of relatively thin aluminum but they seem to hold together. Changing the blade will be a pain as there is no access from the top into the saw chamber. And the body (the red part) is made of plastic. But, the price is exactly what you are paying for. ... show more

You get what you paid for. Works better if you put a 7 1/4" blade in it. (That's a pain in the butt as well) Can barely rip 1x's. The gate and the accuracy is sub par. Measurement markings hard to see. Basically, it's probably good for making bird houses..
