I read a lot of reviews before purchasing, but you never know. This item is the bomb! It went together easily, the tarp is heavy duty and I it is well built for the price. I would suggest you put it together outside if that is where you’re going to use it. Don’t make the same mistake I did, as it wouldn’t fit through any door in my house and I had to take it partially apart to move it outside. Live and learn - ha! The poles went together easily and the drilled holes all lined up. I purchased this to give some cover to the squirrels that I feed, as I I have observed several hawks in the area, one of which grabbed a couple of birds from a feeder. Love love love. We got this so the pup had coverage when it rains. Absolute perfection. I don’t know how I stubbled on this product but so glad I did. I was contemplating getting a tarp until we got this. The lady customer did a nice video on the setup so thank you to her. My 14 year old actually did most of the setup but it does help to have 2 people when connecting the bars. Anyway, great product. It should last several years! ... show more

Setup yesterday and snowed last night so far and simple yet holding several inches of snow without fail. Afraid the waterproof coating will eventually fail and how does I buy new fabric??

I bought this for an alternative use, to cover the water spigot, hose filters, and pressure gauges at my RV site and protect them from long-term weathering. The large size easily accommodated 4 outlets so my neighbors' were protected as well. It comes with small stakes so it stays put during average storms. It's pretty easy to disassemble / reassemble when needed. The only negative thing I noticed was that it started rusting around the screw holes after only about 2 months being outside. However, it stopped after applying WD-40. I'd recommend applying lube to any unpainted spots as soon as you purchase and assemble it in order to prevent rust. ... show more

I'm so glad I took a chance on this dog shelter. I needed it for more shade for my Sheer Joy Havanese. It's sturdy but movable for one person, it was super easy to put together, nice & roomy & the dogs seem to appreciate it. Be aware, the plastic top/side piece does stink/off-gas a lot!
