(Update to issue from original review) After feeling excessive heat coming for the system I decided to open it up. Turns out the rattling inside and the heat were the same issue. Apparently the fan/heatsink on the cpu had come loose. I'm guessing during Transport, or manufacturing defect. Once I placed it back and locked it in, has boon working like a charm. Sound still sucks from the unit itself, have it connected to a soundbar and a 27" 1080p monitor. Looks great, sounds better from the soundbar. (original review)Seems with the amount it costs you wouldn't get one that has a bad speaker or a loose part rattling inside of it. But that's exactly what I received. The internal speaker is garbage, at it's best. Thankfully I'm using the HDMI port bringing the sound through my television. But there is still the mystery of the rattle from inside. Now let's talk over all build quality. The sticks are not very good and I guess I'll be replacing them myself. The buttons are pretty good though, at least there is that. Decent selection of games, though one that is pictured is not included. The format of games that can be added by the user is pretty limited. The instructions are quite lacking overall. But it will serve it's purpose. Maybe consider another version unless you want to deal with what I got. Would return it, but I'm sure that's a major hassle all it's own. Oh, and it did come well packed. Which makes the internal rattle all the more of a mystery. When I replace the sticks I'll find it what it is and hope it's nothing serious, though it currently works. ... show more

It was terrible the thing worked half the time the 2D games only showed up when they wanted to the game with play for 10 minutes then cut off right back to the beginning screen it was horrible I'm sending it back I hope to get a refund it was ridiculous
