I bought this product in 2021 works good but in 2023 the rubber in between the folds starts to deteriorate, get crack water gets through. As far as I know there is no replacement for the in between material. I asked for a piece to repair. And they said that it can’t be repaired so they are sending me a replacement one because their product is warranted. Amazing customer service.

First off I looked for a week or so to find a hard tonneau cover that was quality without the outrageous price. This cover is not without its faults but they aren’t bad and I bet the even the expensive covers have the same issues. Good- * Cover is Prime and arrived very fast * Cover is made from aluminum and quality rubber. * Has a quality chrome emblem * Cover is mostly water resistant.( If you think any cover like this is 100% water proof your crazy) * Comes in pretty decent packaging. ( I saw a lot of reviews of other packaging that it didn’t protect very well during transit.) * Low profile and fits well * Comes with all tools need to install. Including wrench and hex key. BAD ( ish)- * Package was walked on at some point in shipping. Good think it is well packaged. * Rails have drainage elbow and tubing but for some reason it isn’t siliconed/ capped. I used a hot glue gun to fill the gaps. * I have had it installed for a week or so and have noted a little bit of water by the tailgate. ( The weather seal doesn’t cover the gap entirely no matter how much I try to adjust the cover fit. * installation took me like an hour. Could have been faster with another set of hands.( I’m kinda anal and wanted the fit to be perfect. I loosened and adjusted like 100 times so the cover would be straight.) * under side of cover had raw aluminum were it wasn’t painted. Kinda looks like manufacturing just cheaped out on painting where most eyes won’t see. * Edges of aluminum panels are sharp and not deburred very well. Some edges are sharp. Conclusion: This cover is very good for the price. I would definitely recommend it to my buddies. It totally compares to their $900 cover!

First it’s made in China if that’s a issue for you keep looking. With that said I found the quality very good. I have owned two (2) bak flips and this is just as good. Install was easy took me a hour by myself just cruising. My advice is leave everything loose let it float till you get it lined up and then give it a final torque. The instructions tell you to tighten the rails and I found myself loosing everything so I could adjust it. Once I did that it was perfect. I have only one concern. Will the paint fade quickly will the rubber crack after one summer? The made in China label has me worried a bit, only time will tell for the savings it’s worth a shot.

After being on my truck for a few months, the cover inexplicably flew off of my truck while driving down the highway! It was installed correctly, and I was driving at a reasonable speed. Initially, I felt great about this tonneau cover. It fit well and the look of the product were great. But, in light of my experience I urge you to think twice before purchasing this product.

The rubber is splitting between the panels. No one will answer the phone. They sent me an email, but will not respond to my response. Should be under warranty, but no one will return my call.

Ordered on a Thursday received it on the following Monday in perfect condition. Cover is a quality product with very good fit and finish. Easily comparable to my neighbors Backflip and in some ways better. Mounting and latching hardware is all metal (mostly aluminum). Installation was easy, although the instructions were somewhat cryptic. Installed it by myself in about 2hrs including the final alignment of the cover to properly seal and latch. All in all an excellent value compared to the similar name brand products and about a third to half less expensive. H

Fit great and looks nice. About 1 year after purchase the middle section started to show rust. Looks like it bubbled up and water got underneath. Was a good price but not if it only lasts a year.
