As far as I know there is no replacement for the in between material. I asked for a piece to repair. Cover looks great installed real easy and simple. Only reason why I gave four stars is because they say that it supposed to fit a 6.5 bed but it does not. I have a 2015 ram 2500 with a 6.5 bed and I have 3/4 of a gap between the tailgate and the cover so I have to try to find a weatherstripping that I could fit across there to keep any rain or snow from getting in there

The rubber is splitting between the panels. No one will answer the phone. They sent me an email, but will not respond to my response. Should be under warranty, but no one will return my call.

I purchased this product through Amazon in January 2023. There is a stated 5 year warranty. The top of the panel is delaminating and one of the mounting brackets is broken so the top is loose. I have attempted multiple phone calls (apparently goes to a non-company cell phone and goes directly to voicemail) and endless emails for over 2 weeks. Amazon refuses to give me better contact info . I guess I have no recourse. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

First it’s made in China if that’s a issue for you keep looking. With that said I found the quality very good. I have owned two (2) bak flips and this is just as good. Install was easy took me a hour by myself just cruising. My advice is leave everything loose let it float till you get it lined up and then give it a final torque. The instructions tell you to tighten the rails and I found myself loosing everything so I could adjust it. Once I did that it was perfect. I have only one concern. Will the paint fade quickly will the rubber crack after one summer? The made in China label has me worried a bit, only time will tell for the savings it’s worth a shot.

After having the cover blow off while cruising down the highway I was pissed and left a bad review. The company’s customer service reached out to me immediately and sent me a replacement free of charge. They were very easy to work with! I do highly recommend replacing the hardware with something that can be torqued down because the hardware does eventually rattle free which is why my cover came off.

Fit great and looks nice. About 1 year after purchase the middle section started to show rust. Looks like it bubbled up and water got underneath. Was a good price but not if it only lasts a year.
