I don't normally like to leave negative reviews, but I'm hoping to save someone some trouble. I'll say that the item was delivered promptly and with no issues, but the positive review ends there. The color reproduction on these is horrible. We are using an Epson WF 7710, and have tried every adjustment we can think of regarding color management, sublimation time, material, sublimation paper, etc. There is not an available color profile for this ink that we can find. The colors all came out incredibly dark. The yellow tends to print with a green cast. These inks were the first ones loaded into our printer, so there's no issue with heads needing cleaning, mixture of other inks, etc. We've tried everything from individual color adjustments, letting printer manage color, letting program manage color, adjusting the original image. We design in CMYK and even tried converting the image to RGB and Adobe RGB for comparisons. We adjusted the amount of pressing time, and the temperature using both paper and press recommendations. Once the image is pressed, the color is shot. At $23.88, you're going to get what you pay for. Any savings you'll realize on the ink will be used up in test prints trying to get your image to look right. UPDATE: On 11/18/21, I received an email from Khristina Znamenskaya (oddly enough, coming from a GMail address rather than a company domain) saying she was sorry to hear about the issue, and wanted to know if she could assist with a refund. That would have been great, except for the fact it wasn't a "refund" per se. It was offering to pay me to remove the negative review. "Customer reviews are very important to us, and we also attach great importance to the reviews left by buyers. Based on these reviews, we are working hard to improve the product quality and customer service. For a shop like ours, a low-rating review is a fatal blow to us. Is it possible for you to delete the review? If you can, we would like to issue a refund of $40 ($40Amazon gift card) to you to express our gratitude. Hope you can understand and give us a chance to make up for you." Now for starters, if they'd really been concerned about my experience and wanted to do something for me, it wouldn't have taken over a year to reach out to me. And if they are actually working hard to improve product quality, why would they offer me almost double what I paid instead of offering to send me a new set of ink and asking me to review that instead? Maybe they improved the product, maybe they didn't. My guess would be that it is the same ink, and that it's easier to move without negative reviews. But offering to simply pay someone to remove a negative review is, at best, unethical. The experience I had with the product is what it is. As I initially mentioned, it was delivered promptly and without any issue, so the review was not a reflection on the seller in any way. But this one is. Offering me a refund right away? Great, that's a seller who cares about the value their customers receive. Offering me the "improved product" and asking for a new review? Wonderful! That's a seller who is making an effort to provide a better product. Waiting over a year and offering me $40 to remove my negative review? That's a seller whose bottom line has been impacted, and is anxious to make the issue go away. Sorry guys, but my personal integrity is worth a lot more than $40. I don't mind so much that you think I'm easy, but now you also think I'm cheap. UPDATE: 11/22/21 As of this morning, the email contact is from Tina Adams and the offer is up to $50.00. Again, same blurb about how they're improving the product and the service, but no offer of the "improved" product for me to test and review. My personal opinion is that a merchant who simply offers to pay you to remove a negative review is inappropriate. But fair warning, if they get up to the $5,000 mark, I may have to consider it. ... show more

Missed in my Epson Eco tank printer. Prints came out similar to my Richoh using Seagrass inks. When sublimated on mugs I could not see any difference in color or quality. Only time will tell if the colors will diminish from multiple washings in a dishwasher. Sawgrass inks on mugs several years old still look like they were pressed today. Hopefully these inks will not fade after several runs through the dishwasher. In the past I've tried different inks purchased online that faded out after several washing and other inexpensive inks that are still vivid after many washings. So far I'm impressed with these inks. I put a mug in a pot of water and boiled the water for over 30 minutes and the colors are still vivid with no loss of clarity. Only downside was when I put the mug under cold running water the mug cracked. My bad and no fault of the ink. ... show more

Overall I'm really impressed with the quality of this ink and how well it works. This was my first time ever doing sublimation and I'm overjoyed. The only reason why I didn't give this five stars is that two of the syringes had cracks. It took me a few minutes of struggling with my second color loading before I realized why I was getting so much trouble. I had to stop everything and wash another syringe twice with hot water so that I could finish. This is a somewhat minor thing but still annoying. If you don't want to have to stop and wash everything in between colors you may want to pick up some extra syringes when you order. I also liked that I had leftover ink even after filling my inks.
