It's a standard Microsoft controller so by now everyone kind of knows what your getting. Works like any other Microsoft controller I have had. Your guaranteed a certain level of quality but durability varies from controller to controller. In the past biggest repeat issues have been LB button sticking/not working, and getting stick drift on joysticks. With that being said. I do like this color. Green is my favorite color and have had other xbox green controllers. This is definitely one of my favorite versions of green that they have had. I would say its a matte finish neon green.
