Does all the tasks you’d expect from your controller and looks great doing it! I replaced a wired Microsoft Liquid Metal controller with this one and the quality difference between the two is day and night. When the Liquid Metal controller vibrates and rattles and buzzes in a really bad way. This controller transfers all the vibrations into your hands silently just as you would expect. Good job. Only complaint is that if you use it on PC there is no way to tell if it’s charged. Hitting WIN + G shows the battery status in the Microsoft Game Bar (Windows 10) but the battery charge value never changes - after 24 hours of charging mine still read “critical..”. I bought a $15 charge stand so I have an LED indication of my charge status and throws in a rechargeable battery pack to boot. The Microsoft charge pack gives you a battery pack and a charge cable with an LED for $25. You’d think that for a $50 controller they’d at least throw in the LED charge cable to go with it.

I order one for my son for Christmas and we had issues with the buttons. I asked for a return or exchange and they gave me a return. We purchased another one and he’s had no issues at all. They were very quick to respond and fix our issues

Amazing controller. Love the feel of the rubberized diamond grip. Ever since my first controller with that grip, I can't play on regular ones. Authentic, and works amazing. Feels good, the grip on the analogs feel nice too. As far as looks, the blues all blend in together so nicely. Highly recommended.

Nice but overpriced. I was obliged to buy this one because the one I wanted was unavailable. This is the third controller in as many years and they don't seem to hold up. I wish the sticks were made stronger, they are the weak spot.. The rubber coating was disappointing as it only covers a small part of the grip. I will still have to purchase after market grips as usual. If you have a choice go for the cheaper version. Designer colors and fancy designs don't compensate for practicality.

Well the only thing that’s important here is the fact that it serves the purpose for which it was made. I do like the addition of the rubber grips on the bottom of the controller it’s just enough to make for a better grip and feel when compared to the standard unit.

At the time of this writing, this was one of the newer color schemes of a controller made by Xbox. I really liked the look and placed an order with Amazon. Unfortunately due to defects and other issues for three different orders, I had to return the product and request a refund. When my first controller arrived, I spent the day testing it out with some games. I noticed that the rear of the left side of the controller would slightly pull apart when I pressed down on the left thumb stick. Although this bothered me, I continued to play on. After the second day of use, the right bumper button on top of the controller sank into the case and did not spring back up. I had no way of pulling the button out to get it unstuck. More than likely the spring mechanism broke. I figured this was just a fluke and requested a replacement from Amazon. The return process was easy. However, during the transit of the controller to my address, it was lost in the mail and never delivered. Okay, this was strike two. Since this was an issue of the delivery carrier and not the product, I contacted Amazon and they refunded me the money rather than propose a replacement. I decided to give this item one more chance and placed an new order for the exact same item. When it arrived, I carefully examined it to see if it had the same defects as the first item. Everything appeared to be okay until I started to use it. While playing games with friends, I noticed a loud scraping squeak when I pressed the right trigger button. The squeak was so loud, my friends could also hear it over my microphone. The sound was so annoying, I had to return it. This was strike three, and I returned the item for a refund. For those of you looking for an Xbox controller with bluetooth capability, I strongly recommend passing on this controller. The quality control was very poor. Reading other reviews on Amazon, customers have had other issues with the controller. I’ll be looking for another Xbox controller with better reviews.

IT ARTIVED 3 DAYS BEFORE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO WHICH WAS GREAT. IT HAS GRIPS WHICH I DIDN'T KNOW SO I CAN GET A BETTER FEEL WHEN I'M HOLDING IT. I LOVE THE DESIGN AS WELL. IT'S PERFECT.
