  • Seems new, but a little concerned
Color: Black Edition: Wireless Controllers
Other than the delivery being late and the package being a little damaged, my main concern here is that the controller was absolutely COVERED in dust. The package was sealed, although the seal looked like it had been tampered with; but this is still a bit concerning, something weird is going on behind the scenes. As for the actual product, massive upgrade from my old wired PDP Xbox One controller I got from GameStop back in 2017, controls are a lot more... refined?, I love the grip texture on the back handles, no more sweaty palms making me lose grip, uhhh, yeah. I use it with my PC for driving games like ATS, ETS2, and BeamNG. The controller appears to be new, when I registered the controller's S/N with my Microsoft account, everything looks about right, warranty is the correct date and the S/N on the controller matches up with the S/N on the box. ... show more

  • Great product!
Color: Black Edition: Wireless Controllers
I bought a gamepad for PC. Very pleased with it. For PC - the best choice (in my opinion). Native support without third-party software. I was especially pleased that the batteries are removable, 1 minute and you’re back in the game while one set is charging. The vibration is pleasant and soft. The placement of the stick in place of the cross in the PlayStation confused me, but it is very convenient. Overall, I liked the gamepad and I think it’s unlikely to disappoint you either. ... show more

  • Beautiful and works seamlessly
Color: Gold Shadow Edition: Wireless Controllers
I bought this for PC gaming and it’s simply perfect. Works perfectly because it’s a Microsoft product linking to a Microsoft Windows PC. Saying that because I stupidly tried other brands before buying an actual Xbox controller. Don’t be like me. Just buy an Xbox controller for seamless playability and connectability. Connects with Steam with no issues as well. It being pretty is a plus though. I have a thing for aesthetics :) ... show more

  • Great controller
Color: Velocity Green Edition: Wireless Controllers
This is a great controller. I bought the Velocity Green model because at the time, it was both on sale, and one of the more attractive colors available, although I only needed it to connect to my PC for gaming. It came with a set of batteries and full set of instructions and hardware information. Once it arrived, I plugged in the batteries it came with and had it up and gaming in a matter of minutes. Two things to know when buying one. 1) It's new, so buttons and sticks will be firm until it's broken in. That could make game play a little awkward at first, especially for FPS players. 2) It burns through batteries fast. Invest in a good rechargable battery pack (or packs) if you don't want to have to keep buying disposable batteries. ... show more

  • Love the Color. Great Controller
Color: Vapor Pink Edition: Wireless Controllers
It's an Xbox controller. I really like them. The color is certainly unique and I kind of like it. The only thing I have concerns with it the rubberized grips. I kind of preferred the hard plastic feel. I'm hoping the grips hold up. This is replacing an original that had stick drift. First time I've ever gotten drift in 15-20 of Xbox and PS gaming. No complaints. ... show more

  • I like the styling, but none of these controllers last more than a year. It's really frustrating
Color: Gold Shadow Edition: Wireless Controllers
Well like I said in the title, I like the styling on this one. It's a nice design. The Xbox wireless controller is on its face, a quality product. It works well for a while. Unfortunately, these things do eventually fail because anything with moving parts eventually fails. However, given the price of these things, it's really frustrating to have to buy a new one every 6 months to a year. Buttons start to stick, analog sticks begin to fail, and bumpers don't get me started on the bumpers. All of the bumpers have on the controller itself inside a thin layer of material that prevents plastic on plastic contact. However, that little thin strip of material tends to wear down over time. Worse, it tends to come loose in small pieces and gum up the works inside your controller. Meanwhile, the bumpers that no longer have these little pieces of material, start to go clack Clack clack clack every time you press them. Eventually if not taken care of, these will also start to fail and stick. If you're going to spend this kind of money on a controller, it should last more than 6 months. Unfortunately the warranty is only good for 3 months. They know this thing fails after a certain amount of time, especially with heavy use. But they make money off of controllers. So they're going to keep making a product that is designed to fail. ... show more

  • It Works
Color: Black Edition: Wireless Controllers
My son's controller that came with his Xbox stopped working correctly (after about 3 years). I was happy to find that they are sold on Amazon from the Xbox store. This is an updated model from what he had but it works just the same. It was so easy to set up. He's very happy to have a working controller again. I'm very happy I didn't have to go to Game Stop or wherever they are sold. ... show more

  • Give in to big business.
Color: Electric Volt Edition: Wireless Controllers
I would rather support a smaller company than Microsoft and I hate being wrong. That being said, I gave in after my third, off brand controller broke. It was night and day. Crisp D pad, responsive triggers, and textured bumper buttons make it easy to hold when you have tons going on. I've yet to drop it once. Only drawback is that the color already shows signs of discoloration. This is due to natural oils of the skin showing on the bright, neon color. A quick alcohol wipe about once a week should cover that. Otherwise, I have zero complaints. Trust me when I say, this is the best controller under $50. ... show more
