I was looking for a soft touch controller online and couldn't find much that I liked. I have had controllers before and saw this one from OC Gaming and thought I would give it a try. I must say that I am thoroughly impressed by it's design, the color of the purple and the soft touch shell on the controller!! It feels so special and unique and would highly recommend this above anything else! I honestly wasn't expecting a controller this nice and well put together, but this one just did it for me! I got this controller is a gift for my wife. Our old controllers were dying, it's the height of the quarantine, and I want to make sure she's got something she can use for her games. As expected must Xbox One controllers were sold out. And then I found this one. It's a custom controller and it is fantastic. Not only is a pretty which works well for my wife and I, it's so easy to hold and it's got great thumb toggle controllers on it, it's very responsive, and we've just adore it. I have used this controller for 4 years. It has finally started to show some wear in the left analog stick. I'd love to buy a replacement of this exact color and configuration. I'd at least like to replace the analog stick. Please, hit me up for a repair. I'd pay to keep this one going. It is my lucky controller. :) ... show more

OK, it's beautiful. Love the design. But when you take everything out of the box to do the face plate, one normally expects the content to be replaced. I got a controller. Microsoft normally adds batteries and a 10 day pass for Xbox live.

I'd recommend if you plan on trusting these people make sure you try the headset jack to make sure it works. Paid over $100 for a controller to find out 3 months late the headset jack doesn't work. Total rip off
