They work, they charge, but it doesn't hold a charge for very long. If the charge would hold they would have been great! I put them on charge for 3 Days, just to see if maybe it wasn't getting charged enough and still no difference!! UPDATE: The Seller Contacted Me and Proceed to go Above Expectations, by offering a Full Refund and Apologizing for the issues I've had with this product. Great idea, seemed to work well for about 2 full charge/discharge cycles. Changed batteries in my kid's Xbox controller 3 times since yesterday morning because they keep dying. Pulled one off the charger this afternoon (showed green) and checked the battery level on Xbox. Already read 75% charge. It died within 15 minutes. Couldn't even turn the controller back on to check battery level. It's been about 2 months, and neither battery holds a charge for more than 15 minutes, as of today. Cannot recommend, especially if you're using it for your kids. ... show more
