The packaging was sturdy and arrived on time. All good signs from the start! The setup. You’ll be up and running in about 5-10 minutes, as assembly is minimal—just attaching the feet. The heat output and style are excellent. This heater is perfect for small spaces, like bedrooms or home offices. It warms up the room effectively and quickly—nothing you’d write home about, but it does the job. However, don’t expect it to work miracles in larger rooms. It’s not a furnace, after all. The flame simulation is striking. You have transparent glass on all three sides, giving you a realistic flame view from multiple angles. However, some might find the flames less natural, like something you’d see in a haunted house. It’s a matter of taste, I suppose. As a heads up, there’s a hidden switch. I love that they did that, as it keeps the aesthetic clean. There are some downsides, of course. It’s a bit on the noisier side. And, if you’re the ‘remote control type,’ you’re out of luck. In conclusion, it’s a solid purchase if you’re looking for a stylish and efficient heater for smaller spaces. Just be aware of its limitations. It’s not the perfect solution for everyone, but it could be your ideal solution like it was for me and my office.

This has been perfect for using while I work in my garage while the weather is cool/cold in the morning, it looks great and works well at keeping the space heated. I personally would consider something else for indoors, or as your main heating source, as this was good for like most of the vicinity I was working in, I also understand the garage is not insulated but I still would keep this for a medium size area.

This fireplace is great. It is small, but capable of producing a lot of heat. It is very aesthetically pleasing and looks great. The “flame” effect looks just as you would expect. It was easy to set up and get started. It’s also very nice to have different heat settings.

This is a nice looking space heater that assembles easily, just attach the legs with 3 screws. It puts out quite a bit of warm air from the bottom vent and warms up a room quickly. The body and the top of the heater don't get hot, so it is safe to touch, and the flame effect is nice, especially in a dark room. The only issue with this space heater is that the fan is very, very loud. It has an audible turbine whine that will drown out most anything else going on in the room. No remote control with this model, strictly manual adjustment.

This is a wonderful little heater! The thermostats works well, so that you don’t roast yourself out of the room. It is light enough to move from room to room. I find myself using it in the office, my bedroom…even the garage. It’s a darling addition to any room, and sends out a lot of heat. It’s a cost effective solution to heating the small space I’m in vs the whole house. Highly recommend!
