Love everything about the appliance and give it one star short of perfect for installation as the connector between the glass and the fireplace is tough to separate and I feared breaking it during the install process. During the install process we had to get the unit in and out of the recessed box (we built) a couple of times to ensure a good fit and I really had a tough time separating the connector and hoping it would not flake out on me. Otherwise, I highly recommend this pretty well built and packaged fireplace - it is absolutely mesmerizing with a high quality finish. The heat is secondary heat (as appropriately advertised) so keep that in mind. ... show more

Love it in our space. We arent necessarily using it for the heat so it works perfect for us! The remote doesn’t work but that’s the only issue we had. Shipped quick with no damage. I love it!

The media could not be loaded. My husband redid the whole fireplace. He capped the grass for the original fireplace, framed it to fit the new one and added an old 6x6 we had in the garage left over from our patio cover he built. He sanded and painted. Pained the chimney tricorn black and it totally gave my our home a very modern look. So happy. ... show more
