I've been buying from Amazon for years and this fireplace may be the best value yet. Here's why I think it's so good: 1. Packed carefully with protective Styrofoam and bubble wrap - so it arrived undamaged, unscratched, and easy to unpack. 2. Made of quality materials. The wood is solid, and not like flimsy fiberboard. The finish is smooth and without blemishes. Each wood item is labeled with both a number and an arrow to show which side should go up. 3. It was easy to assemble, with clear pictures and step-by-step instructions. I'm not especially handy, but I did in in about an hour - maybe two. 4. The assembly materials- the screws and brackets - are well made and fit easily in the pre-drilled screw holes. 5. It comes in two boxes. One box contains the wood, self-standing frame. The other box contains the electric firebox insert and the remote (which came with a battery). The insert is self-contained and was easy to fit in, then secure in predrilled holes with four small screws. 6. The remote lets you use or adjust the heat or the flame independently. 7. It produces heat quickly (if you want heat), and I think the flame is realistic. Bottom line: this is well worth the money and I'm really glad I purchased it.

I usually dread furniture that comes in a box—assembly instructions can be a headache, and it often turns into a time-consuming puzzle. But this piece? Hands down one of the easiest and most relaxing assembly experiences I’ve ever had. The instructions were clear, the parts fit perfectly, and it genuinely took less than the estimated 30 minutes to put together. Not only was the process smooth, but the final result looks fantastic. **this ships in 2 separate boxes. I got the mantel first. No tracking, and it showed up about 2 days before the fire box. Firebox was attached to the tracking number and showed up on time. I was confused at first. I’ve been looking for a good priced, nice piece for my living room. This heats up well, was easy to put together and looks great in my little apartment. You can change the size of the flame, and 2 heat levels. The heater is at the top of the fire box.. so hits more at knee level but my pup still loves laying in front of it. Knocking it down a star because the quality is just okay. There are some banged up edges where the pieces go together that look like they need to be repainted. I’m in the process of moving so just have our TV sitting on top of it, for reference it’s a 55” in comparison. It’s a couple inches wider than the mantel. Good unit for the cost!

We replaced our gas fireplace with this electric fireplace. We had some concerns but it surpassed our expectations. Easy to install, quiet, gives great amount of heat, looks amazing, easy to control, and the price was great! I highly recommended to my family members.

The media could not be loaded. Love this fireplace! Instructions were so easy to follow. Took about 45 minutes to put together. So worth it. Quality is top notch. Love the atmosphere it provides and the warmth in my Florida room with all the windows. If you're on the fence, just get it.
