Fireplace came in on time and was in excellent shape. Instructions were easy to understand. All parts needed were included. I had a couple questions for customer service during installation and I received prompt answers which enabled me to finish the project. I built my fireplace into a custom enclosure and it came out looking excellent. I plan on using this seller again for future projects.
