This is a decent headset for the money. Its comfortable and works fine with a Windows 10/11 computer. The only problem I have with it is that you cannot answer a call by pressing any buttons on the headset on a PC. It will answer calls and hang up if it is paired with your cellphone. But for a PC use and work from home call center type of situation, it will not work. You have to click on your computer software to answer the call. If you want to hang up, you have to use the computer keyboard as well. It will not hang up by pressing a button on the headset. If I figure out a way to hang up on the headset, I will update this review. The base is a nice touch. Its magnetic and the headset stays ay 100% all day if you use the headset randomly. The base has a built in chargers which is cool because oyu dont have to have it plugged into your computer all the time and you can move the headset position anywhere on your desk. This is an inexpensive headset. I paired it easily to my Windows 10 laptop. i am primarily using it for Teams conference calls. I'm sure it would work fine for Zoom and other calls as well. my only complaint is that the earpiece sound is higher treble and sort of "tinny" sounding. I have a $26 2-ear logitech USB wired headset that sounds much better than this. It probably has a very small speaker in it. Its probably fine for most people and is a good value for a wireless headset so you aren't "Chained" to the PC like you would be by a 6' USB cable. I can now go to the kitchen and refill my coffee without having to take off my headset. If you want better sound, then I would recommend a different headset. if you are listening to music, you would want a 2-ear headset anyway to have stereo sound. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Bought these to replace the wired headphones my job gave me and also recommended it to some coworkers. Overall there were mixed reviews. Some of them didn’t like them and some of them did. I personally love them. I wear them everyday and I feel that the battery lasts a pretty long time. I can also charge it an hour before work and use it for 8 hours continuously after, so it has a fast charge. The best feature is the flip of the mic to mute yourself, works like a charm ... show more

So they aren't 100% noise-canceling, and you can hear some noise around you, but they are a great value for money. I flew this week as well, so I can say that they do a GREAT job minimizing the airplane's noise, it's phenomenal! I was able to hear the pilot was speaking, but not enough to know what he was saying, but I knew I could take off the headphones to listen if I wanted to hear how much more our delay was going to be. The sound itself is wonderful and battery life is incredible! I used it for a few hours a day for 6 days and didn't recharge once. ... show more

Headset worked great for about 1 month. Then suddenly stopped playing back the audio. Mic pics up but can't hear anything from ear piece. Old plug and play sets are working fine, so definitely this not receiving it. Even with test tones.
