These silicone piano note guides fit perfectly, need no adhesive, and can be removed just as quickly as you lay them in place. These work great for quickly referencing both the key name and the note position on the scale. It's a great reminder for even a seasoned pianist who just has a bit of brain fog every now and then. My neighbor's 8-year-old granddaughter got a keyboard for Christmas and sometimes comes over to sit with my 86-year-old mom who has dementia. She brought over her keyboard and was struggling to learn the keys. Although I took piano lessons myself many years ago, I wasn't much help. When I saw this item, I got it for her because I thought that the learning guide would help her to remember. After three weeks using this guide, she was able to recall more keys than before and feels more confident, and has been practicing more.

These cheat sheets fit well over the keys on our piano. While playing they may stick and creep up on the black keys. They did not inhibit the movement of the keys though. If you are taking lessons, I don't think they are real useful because you should be learning to read the sheet music and shouldn't need them. They can become a crutch. But if you don't have an instructor, these can help you to to decipher the sheet music and pick something out. They come in three pieces so it isn't one big awkward chain. Middle C is marked to you can easily put them in the right place.

These key guides fit my full sized keyboard well, although the notes don't expand to the edges of my keyboard on one end, and overlap on the other. I supposed I could cut the end of one end and move it over, but it seems weird they the guide didn't line up. Regardless, this silicon key guide is a nice quality and lines up with each octave really well.
