I am a capable woman in her 40’s and I put this together myself with zero help Xmas eve. The instructions could use some details, and some better translations, but I got through the one sheet of instructions with minimal difficulty. I only point this out because I know less knowledgeable people may have more difficult when the instructions are not explicitly detailed. Now moving on to the chair. My daughter and I LOVE this chair. It is the most comfortable thing I have ever sat in myself. Needless to say, I am slightly jealous. Lol My daughter’s favorite thing about the chair is that the arm rests will twist inward for a more comfortable angle while gaming at her PC. It does have the lumbar with vibration, which she enjoys after sitting for an hour or so. I was worried about the full laid back angle not having enough support, but the stability in that position holds steady. Compared to other well known gaming chairs, this one was affordable and so I was afraid I would get a less structured product. But it is well built, has zippers to remove the cover for cleaning if needed. It rolls extremely well and adjusts up and down as well. Thank you for a great product at a great price! ... show more

I purchased this seat on Jan 20,2020 amazon said the package was going to arrive around Feb 1- Feb 3 and it actually came in on Jan 22,2020 so the shipping was great I was excited to get my package early. Upon building the seat I will admit I did not understand the instructions because I think I was just overwhelmed with the parts but once I figured it out it was actually pretty quick and easy. As I was building the seat I did notice a cut in the material behind the seat. That is not a end all for me but for the price it would be nice to not have any damages. Besides the little cut on the back the seat is comfortable and I like it I spend ALOT of time on the computer for school and gaming and I previously had a plastic chair so this is much better I just hope it lasts. Overall good product just beware of slight damages ... show more

So far this is a really good chair for the price. It's very comfortable and the lumbar and head pillows are great. The footrest does feel a little flimsy and doesn't quite expand far enough for me (I'm 6' 3"). My only real issue is that after setting everything up I went to plug in my cable for the massager and it came apart (as seen in images). I've only had this chair for two days but other than my stated issues it has been great for working from home. ... show more

    • Lasted a little over a year
I can't remember exactly when I bought it, but it's been a little over a year I feel. That said it didn't last long which is disappointing. Today, Aug. 17, I went to sit down and the bottom of the seat just bent down and I slid off the chair. I had to grab the seat and pull it back up to sit down at which point it happened again, but I caught myself before I fell. In the time I had it it was a good chair, but at some point, can't remember, it started to wiggle as well and felt lose. I tried to fix it, but couldn't find a problem. I also found out that the hydraulic didn't work anymore and it was stuck in the down position, it would rise if I lifted it but would go back down right away (need to mention I'm tall so the seat was always low and that's why I didn't find out until now). It was a good chair while I had it, but I don't think I'll get another because of this one not lasting long. ... show more

    • This chair is extremely low quality. Parts came broken.
*This “gaming chair” is extremely low quality!* The parts that were plastic arrived cracked or deformed, the seat-back had some kind of stain on it, and the parts that were intact barely fit together properly. I wouldn’t recommend buying this product. Assembly took forever and was a nightmare. The “instructions” hardly help and are essentially worthless. All together it took about an hour to build; each and every minute was terrible. Thankfully, they included extra screws because the metal they’re made with is so cheap they are almost guaranteed to strip. The lumbar support massager is a heap of you know what and the footrest is flimsy and cheap. Final verdict: The chair looks cool from a distance / in the pictures, but it is easy to see + feel how low quality it is when you’re sitting in it. I recommend buying a decent office chair and then buying a separate lumbar massager to go with your new cozy office chair. Don’t get caught up in the gaming chair fad. (Also if you’re buying this for a child use extra caution. I worry as some of they parts wear down some of the metals underneath could become exposed and dangerous.) I understand it’s not a crazy expensive chair, but for the price there is A LOT better available. Head the local office store and take your pick. If you’ve already purchased this chair: 1. I feel bad for you. It’s a terrible chair, and I recommend you get a refund if possible. 2. If you can’t get a refund or have already started assembly, use your own screw driver / Allen key (hex key) set. The one they provide is terrible. All the parts came nicely packed in the box. The individual parts have great build quality. It took 2 of us about 45 mins to assemble. The instructions were a bit sparse, but managed to figure it out. Very comfortable and easy to adjust the height and arm rests. It fully reclines and has a retractable foot rest too. Very stable and easy to move around the room. Ours came with a back massager. Pretty neat for the price point. Got it for my teenager who is stuck with multiple hours of remote learning.
