I used this sauna blanket three times so far. The first time, I set the temperature at 150°F, and I didn't sweat much. The second time, I set it at 170°F, and it was a bit too hot. I found it a bit unbearable after staying in for a while, and I sweated a lot. The third time, I set it to 160°F. While it was still hot, it was bearable. I used it for a total of 40 minutes, and I sweated a lot but didn't feel uncomfortable. It made my body feel refreshed, naturally relaxed, and my hands and feet were no longer cold. If the material was thicker, the enclosure would probably become hotter quicker and stay hotter longer. The heat capability is dependent on room temp. If it’s warmer out, it will work better. Colder out, it struggles to warm up and stay warm. Pros: -Easy assembly / disassembly -Easy to operate -Will get you sweaty -Price point -Compact - small foot print Cons: -About 15 min to warm up -Doesn’t get HOT, more of an uncomfortable warm (have not officially tested 130 claim) -Compact - not much space for legs to move if taller -No time over sound, you just notice the steam sound fading off. I use it almost everyday since I purchased. Given that it wasn’t very expensive, and does make it somewhat uncomfortably hot, I give this a favorable 4-star. If I can figure out a way to make it hotter, quicker, then I might change my rating. For now I have only used it at full heat and have had no issue, aside from boredom, remaining in it for 35-40 minutes. ... show more
