My little son saw his chair from Santa and was overjoyed! We got it plugged in and into his controller only for the lights to come on one time and then go off! You can barely see a tint of yellow and nothing else! What a shame to spend that money for a little boy who loves gaming for his new decked out gaming room only for it not to have working lights! The media could not be loaded. First things first, everything is functioning correctly. It’s somewhat comfortable, passes the long time gaming. It is pretty sturdy for me being 5’5 200lbs. I’m going to say it’s worth the money.

Purchased last Christmas for my grandson who is 8! Needless to say was his favorite item:) I purposely waited to review to see after usage how it is. No issues. Able to charge his phone while playing on his IPad.

This is our second chair. The first one the LED lights did not work. When turned on, they just stayed a solid, pale red. So we returned that one and got a new one that works great now. Don’t expect much from customer service at the manufacturer- they just tell you to send it back. So second go around I purchased the warranty. My son loves the chair though! The speaker and lights did not work. I would say you could use this chair up to the age of 13-14 Max. I returned it and bought a different brand that is more suited for teenager/adult without lights and speakers so hopefully it works and is more comfortable. This is quite an awesome chair with some cool characteristics ideal for a gamer. Quite comfortable (until I have to get up, being over 50 is not easy 😉 ). But, must be plugged not only to the AC outlet, but also to the sound source (not such thing as wireless capability nor Bluetooth).
