I will start by saying that I was hesitant to buy something like this off of Amazon. The reviews are always hard to use as any type of reference because some people are harder to please than others. I received my scooter about a week early. I thought it would come almost fully assembled but I had to assemble the front fender, front wheel, steering, front fairing, work stand, rear rack, muffler cover, and hook up the battery. All of that without any instructions what-so-ever so it took me about 2 hours to get it all put together. I put Non-Ethanol fuel in it and it fired up after just a few cranks of the starter. The listing said that it had upgraded Aluminum mirrors, grips, muffler, wheels, and deck plate. I received none of that. It was missing 2 bolts for the back rack, and the price that I paid dropped $20 the day after i bought it. I contacted Moto Pro directly about the discrepancies and they responded pretty quick. They ended up refunding me the $20 difference in price and an additional $30 for the upgraded parts I did not receive. After I got the scooter I sent them the V.I.N. from the frame and they sent me the certificate of origin within a few days. I had no problem registering it with my state and got plates for it yesterday. Overall I would say that I am happy with the purchase. I have put about 200 Kilometres on it so far (Yes the speedo and odometer are in Kilometres). I actually got it up to about 55 MPH going down hill. Other than that it cruises at about 35 MPH on flat ground. Hope this helps the next person, thanks for reading! ... show more

    • This Scooter does not come mostly assembled as advertised.
All of the info on Amazon and X-Pro website indicates that the moped will arrive mostly assembled. Not true. This is not a scooter anyone should purchase unless they are a moped mechanic. Front wheel, speedometer, brake, not attached. Handlebars and steering not attached. Front fender not attached. And NO ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS WHATSOEVER INCLUDED!!! And X-Pro has nothing available online for anything resembling this model. I am now having to hire someone at a local business to fix a battery issue on a new brand new scooter. Unless you are a scooter mechanic, do not buy from this seller. You will be delivered a product needing hundreds of dollars in costs to assemble with no instructions. You also will not be able to utilize the warranty. Since the review, the seller has added a new video to the listing with an assembly video but there is no sound and it’s basically useless. As far as the product itself, it’s an okay Moped at a reasonable price, but remember the old adage “you get what you pay for.” I don’t recommend this vendor. ... show more

The scooter is great for local commute. Obviously the power of 50cc won't handle highway, but otherwise a great buy. The company is wonderful with handling any issues. Had a minor issue with my throttle and they immediately went out of their way to ensure I got the parts I needed from my email indicating the issue. I would definitely buy another scooter/bike from them again. ... show more
