Although I'd never put a scooter together, taking my time I had it all put together in under 2 hours. All you need is a metric socket set, some metric open-box wrenches and a Phillips screwdriver. I am 6 ft 7 in tall. I find this is a great scooter for my size.

Great value delivery was ahead of schedule and the driver put the scooter right where l asked. It took some time to put together but l was working alone. Remember to get the key in the exact position to unlock the seat and use the reverse end of key to unlock the anti theft shield, l have been using mine for four weeks and l love it. Be extremely careful when installing the steering nut and bolt because if you drop one it becomes impossible to retrieve without disassembeling many parts.

I received my brand new scooter on June 3rd 2025 and I should not be having all these problems the bolt that was attached to the crate was stripped and wasn't able to get it out, there were scratches on the left side and front lower turn signals doesn't blink and seat will not open and most important of all it will not start after putting fresh high octane gas in the scooter so you can say I am very unsatisfied customer.

Great scooter so far. The seat's comfortable. The suspension feels good. It has more power than the 150cc. I have no real complaints, except it's a bit low on storage perhaps. Anyone buying this scooter may want to read up or watch videos about how the anti-theft key lock mechanism works, because I had trouble until I did. Hint, the "top" of the key unlocks it.

The media could not be loaded. First of all, I would like to say that I am extremely happy with this purchase. I believe it goes beyond what I paid for seeing that replacement parts are so cheap and repairs will be relatively easy, for me the most important benefit of this purchase will be the knowledge I will gain in mechanics and motorcycles. Keep an extra cvt belt under your seat so you can replace it if your original one snaps. It will save you from having to be towed and spending more money than needed. This is only if you travel far like me or your you're far away from your home. Also theres hundreds of videos online on how to c that belt and pretty much every other component. Very very simple engine and very reliable. Trust me don't listen to the bad reviews. If you're tight on money and can't buy a $5000 scooter from Honda or Suzuki and your in the market for a good scooter that will be at least reliable enough to get you from A-to-Z, then buy the Saipan you won't regret it and you can't go wrong.

The seller as well as the delivery company have been so helpful. Waiting on the paperwork to register the bike but I was already notified it was sent and how to expect to receive it. Smaller in height but I’m on the shorter side so it won’t be a problem at all. I’ll provide an update. I also did receive a booklet with information and instructions for the bike. Update march 2023- Great purchase! Easy to get used to love it for lazy time about town. 2024 update — Really wish getting parts were easier..

Received incorrect color, ordered the black shown in the options and got black and red instead. Missing front axle out of the box, and the right turn signal wires for the upper piece were damaged in shipping. Unable to ride due to the missing front axle bolt, so I’m also unable to give my true thoughts of the vehicle. Overall I’m not having a good experience so far. AND FOR THOSE WHO HAVE THE VEHICLE AND HAVE NO START ISSUES, THE VEHICLE WILL NOT START WITH THE KICKSTAND DOWN.
