The scooter arrived sooner than planned. It was secured so no damage to the product. The assembly was not bad, no instructional paperwork but you could reference an online video with was very helpful. The only issues I experienced were missing hardware. The bolt to attach the steering column was missing so I had to make trip to hardware to find a replacement bolt. The other issue was after getting it assembled, I couldn’t get it to idle very long. It would run for a few seconds before shutting off. I end of taking it to a small engine repair who identified the problem. The gas line that feeds the engine had a kink in it which stared the engine. They replaced that line with additional 2” hose and it work just fine. I have been riding since with no problems. That repair cost me $65. My recommendation is to increase the length of that line feeding gas to the engine. ... show more

It is a challenge putting the bike together instructions don't have any sound. Idle is not set so it dies out sometimes. No one works on this model where i live. shipping is expensive
