The sellers were quick to get back to me and help with a smashed mirror and broken front axle. The moped was surprisingly fast for what it is. I bought mine pre-tested. It still comes partly disassembled, but after getting everything put together, fuel in the tank, oil, tightening bolts. It works! Mine stalls whenever I come to a complete stop, but after contacting the support team, they've sent me some videos to hopefully resolve my problem. Aside from stalling, I've test ridden it a few times already. My top speed has been 38, and the gas for miles is crazy. I've maybe spent $8 on a full tank, and my meter hasn't moved after 15 miles. It's relatively quiet compared to most motored vehicles I hear. The seat is comfortable. Maybe it's because it was pre-tested, but my moped came with the paperwork, the bill of sale came maybe 3-7 days after the moped. Moped arrived after a week of purchasing it. The crate had no tools to disassemble it. They give you no tools for assembly. I wasn't missing any parts as far as I'm aware. It wasn't hard to put together, but it did take me a while (3days) since I'm the only one working on the thing. You can find the manufacturers manual for all their models on the official website, a long with extra resources such as specific parts and help. For a vehicle that's a little over $1000 after tax and shipping, I think it's well worth getting if you can get help with assembly. ... show more

It is a moped. I saw a review complaining that it would not do 60 mph. Well, that is a good thing. There are two requirements for an unlicensed moped; under 50cc, and a max speed of 30 mph.

The bike wasn't working at first the seller shipped me the part that I needed and I took the bike to a local bike repair shop and I was able to ride it home the next day.

Love the moped. Just doesn't go 60. I rode it by a speed trap. Thinking I was doing 50. But was only doing 39.
