I bought this for my grandson and he has only rode it a few times as it will not start or stay running. I have requested help and received none so now i am paying to have it looked at and ordering new parts. So sad the company was difficult for returning it or helping with the trouble shooting

The media could not be loaded. So Ive had the bike for a few days now and the main issue I've noticed is that when I start the bike, it will start but as soon as its given any gas it shuts off. I might have found the solution to it (atleast for my bike). There is a "sweet spot" for the gas flow (lil white lever). Im gonna test out and see if that was the issue making it shut off. Im adding pictures of the "sweet spot" and a video showing how everything is on and ready to ride, but it shuts off. Will update after more testing to see if it will run any better
