Hi! The product you shipped me does not run. It was assembled by professionals, and fails to start after 1 day. I want my money back. How can I ship it back? ====================== The Amazon seller offered me many options regarding how to correct this (including a full refund), but in the end, it was due only to a dead battery (presumably from a different seller). This seller was also happy to ship me a new odometer cable. I've been enjoying this bike for half a year with no problems. The pin that holds the rear brake mechanism together fell out one day and I had no rear brakes, luckily I babies it home and fixed that myself by putting a BOLT, not a PIN through and lock tite. But....June 9th 2023 I rode into town to grab some breakfast, on my way into town the steel line for the front brake CAUGHT on the front tire, one of the knobs grabbed the line and brough the bike to a DEAD STOP at 35-40 mph, it turned the entire wheel to the left, making me endo over the bike and come smashing down onto my left side, had I not worn a helmet I think I'd be dead. Even with a helmet and full gear on I suffered a concussion, 2 broken teeth, 6 factured ribs, and road rash on my left knee and right hand. Bent the front rim and destroyed the left side. Hand guard, lever, shifter, mirror, blinker, plastics, all destroyed. After insurance my hospital visit cost 8 grand not even counting repair parts and near gear to replace what was destroyed. Overall I highly recommend you just skip this bike and buy at least a KPX, if not just get the new honda xr150l. At least those won't try to literally murder you. Hell, just buy a new Japanese bike, save yourself 8 grand in hospital fees.... ... show more

BEWARE! I bought this motorcycle. Not a bad product, overall. It is heavy as hell, and has strange gear ratios. I have had many motorcycles, so assembling it myself was not such a big deal; considering the fact that no assembly instructions were included with the shipment. I own the tools for these procedures. It fell over during loading and a couple side panels were cracked. I contacted the company listed on all the paperwork, included with the shipment. They deny selling me the motorcycle and REFUSED to help me find replacement parts. I sent requests, from the amazon website , to the seller: NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. So, just know, YOU ARE COMPLETELY ON YOUR OWN after you buy one of these motorcycles. Therefore, I can only reccommend purchasing from this company if you are OK with that fact. If you expect ANY kind of support after the initial sale, go buy from another company. ... show more

My bike is needing replacement parts left and right from the cluster, light switch and now the frame is broken near the engine

    • Extremely Dangerous!!!
This bike has extremely poor quality. With less than 600 miles on it, the fuel tank began leaking from the welds directly onto the engine. Luckily it was caught before the engine was hot and caught on fire. We did receive a new gas tank, at their cost. The welds seem better. The gas tank has been put on and so far so good. I appreciate that they did keep in touch with me about the issue. The gas tank we received lasted about 1 month and had a worse leak than the last one. Just horrible weld jobs and dangerous. ... show more

    • You get what you pay for
2 months in, broken frame had to get welded, cracked exhaust manifold had to get a new light switch. Rear wheel bolt stripped as well as oil pan bolt. I believe they sent me a return, but one thing for sure this will be the last one from them
