Bought a 4 Wheeler for my grandson and soon realized I needed one to ride with him to keep an eye on him, he's only 6. I did not want to speed a lot of money and found this on Amazon. So far it has been great. Wasn't hard to put together. He's even ridden it some.

These Chinese ATV's are not Hondas or Yamahas... if that's what you're expecting for $1800 you will be disappointed. These require some mechanical know how and willingness to accept minor defects and maybe even having to make a few minor repairs from the outset. The engines are knockoff Hondas so they should run pretty well. Many of the poor reviews I see seem like people that either don't have the mechanical skill or understanding how to troubleshoot. If it runs and then dies, it's most likely something got into the fuel filter - get a new one. If the wheels are out of alignment, learn how to align them. If the chain gets loose, learn how to tighten it. After some shipping mishaps, my machine arrived and did have some minor damage from shipping where I had to bend some attachment tabs back into place, etc. SMART DEALS was extremely responsive and helpful throughout. The plastic grill did get cracked on installation and they promptly sent me a new one. So even with some issues, customer service was excellent. The machine runs great and has held up well. Again, if you aren't mechanically inclined or willing to learn, these machines aren't for you. You can google almost any repair on these and learn your way through.... from adjusting the chain to adjusting the carburetor. I have 3 Chinese machines, all different brands and I am happy with all of them. Each arrived with some flaws but all were addressable and fixable. If not, the seller will get you the parts. So I now have 3 ATV's that the family loves, still for less than the price of one Honda! ... show more

I purchased 2 of these ATVs. One of them works and the other is completely defective, inoperable and does not start. I may as well have bought a thousand + dollar paper weight. I have attempted to contact "customer service" via multiple phone calls and messages to "customer service" and have not received any response. The ATVs were shipped without any assembly instructions whatsoever and assembly is not "light' as it takes 3-4 hours. The engine power for the one that does operate is low and the turning radius is horrible. I do not recommend anyone purchase these ATVs. They are just cheap products that do not operate well and lack any customer support whatsoever. ... show more

Great experience with this order. Customer service was fantastic. Communication was excellent. The shipping company was great and had great contact with me through out the process. The bike looks amazing. the crate was very strong. Putting it together was easy as i watched a video on youtube . The Bike does not have that much power as of yet. but it will . great bike for a beginner. The take off speed is slow. I know i can adjust the throttle to give it a little top end. I did A LOT of research before I bought this. And I felt as though any potential issue would be easily remedied. But as it turns out, I got a perfect product, put it together, fired it up, and haven't looked back. I've been on quite a few joy rides, and have put it to lawn work, and I foresee no issues. I'm actually impressed with the quality. Everything seems sturdy and well designed. I did have to go an meet the delivery truck in a public parking lot to pick it up. But, I expected as much. I live in a rural area off a narrow road, and tractor trailers aren't allowed back here. That was a minor inconvenience, and no fault of the seller. I did go over every bit of the assembly and backed some nuts off to add locktite. And I used locktite of most of the assembly that I was responsible for. My take is that if you want an ATV and don't want to pay Honda (and the like) prices, buy this. Buy this now. I weigh 230 lbs, and this ATV has all the zip I need. If something goes bad on it, um, hello, Amazon sells all the parts, and most of the parts cost between $7 and $20! What are you waiting for? Buy this. Buy this now. Use Affirm, if you need to, and make payments. I am so happy with the seller (very communicative) and so happy with the product (very solid). ... show more

The shipping was FAST, I got my item ahead of schedule and the shipper was friendly and helpful The atv requires tools, mechanical ability, common sense and space to assemble. I had to perform an alignment on it also. The atv stalled and would not restart after the first 5 minutes of operation due to the fuel filter being clogged with junk from the tank on the quad. Looked like pieces of paint got in the gas tank. This is an intermediate sized quad yet it hauls Me just fine, I’m almost 200 lbs. machine has plenty of torque and is fun to ride, I can get it to pop wheelies. I took it upon myself installed black plastic plugs and gasket maker in the open ends of the tubing used to build the frame to prevent water ingress and rust later on Overall, I’m happy, I think I’ll buy a bigger one for me ... show more

I bought this several months ago. At first glance it's an ok product. Nothing stands out as high quality but also nothing stands out as being junk. It went together just fine and started up without issue. However, about 7 months of owing this (and about 50 hours of use) the swingarm snapped in half. The atv was not abused. The swingarm was not rusted. It is broken due to a structural flaw. Thank goodness my boy wasn't injured as it broke while he was riding it. I contacted the seller and received no help or responsibility. The lasted email exchange from the seller ended with this line that says it all - "We are sorry the bike is out of warranty and considering its not just a simple parts replacing, please try to figure this out with local repair shop" Save your money and frustration and buy elsewhere. Don't do what I did and try to save $1000 by buying this instead of a used Honda, Suzuki, etc. You will only regret it. ... show more
