We had this product for about two months and it worked fine. Now the four wheeler will not start up. When you try to start it up it just keeps turning over and will not start. Would love some suggestions as to what is going on. We spent around $2000 for this four wheeler. Buyers beware.

I would give this zero stars if I could. I generally do not leave reviews, but I do not want anyone to have the same issues as us. It comes in tons of pieces and the instructions are terrible. They have blurry pictures with no words on how to assemble. once together, it seems sturdy. We were able to get it to start but it will not be stay started and will not run for more than 20 seconds. We have several mechanics in the family and they cannot seems to find the problem either. I emailed the company when we first got it bc one of the tires had a hole in it and we never heard anything back. Now that we know it doesn’t run, i emailed the company AGAIN and still have not heard anything. Terrible customer service. This was a Christmas gift for my kids and they can’t even use it. Complete waste of our money.

We bought two of these machines for my kids. My son is 7 and my daughter is 9 and they are a perfect fit. I was hesitant to purchase these after some of the negative reviews, but from the moment I submitted the order, things went exactly as you would expect. The seller contacted me the next day to confirm color choice and within a few hours I had tracking information. The freight company scheduled delivery for only a few days later. Assembly was a bit cumbersome, but with two I learned from the first one and the second was fast. About three hours start to finish for both machines once I got them unboxed. To be fair, I have plenty of experience in this realm, but I think that by watching the videos that the seller sent me via email as well as the ones that come on the included DVD, anyone could have success. My kids have ridden them around now for about 3 hours total and they seem to be great. I hopped on at one point and it had plenty of power to move me around the yard (180lbs). The true test will be in a few weeks as we hit the trails. I hope they hold up well, which is why I titled my post "So Far So Good".

Besides a shipping issue, the wheeler runs good. Small problem with the parts not correctly fitting together, the company held communication with us and offered compensation for the problems. Our kids love it, so that’s what matters. Has good power behind it and can govern it down.

My son absolutely loves this 4-wheeler! Shipping was fast and they communicated every step of the delivery! My husband was able to finish putting it together in a couple hours and my son was riding in the yard! Would recommend this to anyone!

The rear axle was broken when I got it. I had to put it in the shop to get it fixed and it cost me just under 300.$ to get it fixed. The seller gave me a 160.$ discount but that didn't help alot. The engine wouldn't stay running when I let off the throttle, so I had to get it adjusted. I would not buy it again nor would I recommend it to anybody else. If the seller would have paid for it to be fixed it would be better but they chose not to.🤬

Fast fast fast delivery and R&L carrier driver was the best. This atv looks and runs great the only problem is the battery is no good. We contacted seller through amazon and new battery on its way. Very good customer service. You can start this with either a push start or a light 12 volt jump start do not use high amperage jumper. I am 5’10 and 200 lbs and this pulls me around with no problems. I received the new battery and electric start works great.

Showed up with busted hubs and missing a bolt for the shocks took 3 weeks to get replacment... Went to start it and wouldn't start mechanic checked a few things including pulling the spark plug nothing was wrong tried starting it and it ran for about 30 minutes gotta pull the plug Every time to start it mechanic has no clue but they're sending a new vid and spark plug but sense the mechanic can't find nothing wrong I doubt it will fix the problem......
