Super fast shipping, easy assembly. A little smaller than I thought. Great wheeler for the money. Power could be better. Probably a gear and carb change will help that. Good suspension, I have pretty bumpy yard and it smooths it out no problem.

Received the quad and assembled it same day. Added fuel to the tank, which promptly began leaking all over the garage through both the carb vent hose AND carb drain hose (even though carb drain hose valve was supposedly "closed"). Leaking seemed to stop after a bit, so tried starting it. Machine ran for about 1/2 hour, then wouldn't start any longer. Began leaking fuel AGAIN all over hot exhaust and driveway. Had to plug the drain hose with a screw and put a bottle under the vent hose to collect the fuel. Seller sent a new carb, but informed me the warranty covered "parts only" and I'd have to either replace it myself or pay a mechanic to repair it out of pocket. After replacing carb, seems to be OK, but I have no confidence it won't start leaking again. Seller wants me to pay to ship ATV back (hundreds and hundreds of dollars). Probably just dispute the credit card charges and leave the thing at the end of the driveway if they want to come get it.

Purchased 2. One started smoking and running funny. Tried to contact the seller, left message, no return call. Created a post mostly negitive about my issues and that immediately triggered them to contact me and seem concerned about my issue, asked for me to remove my post. I said when the issue is fixed ill remove it. Sent videos and pics they told me they have to have there technician check it out and that's the last I herd from them. Obviously not gonna get anywhere with them so decided to fix it myself. Upon investigation and ripping the engine apart. The rings, jug, piston were all shot. $45 for a rebuild kit and a few hrs of my time. Customer service is horrible. It's a gamble to say the least. One still runs good and the kids enjoy it very much. The machines on the other hand are pretty decent for the $. Just wish the seller would stand behind their product.

It was easy to assemble but didn’t receive goggles and cushion grips and it has a mysterious rattle sound in the motor and after3rd start up something must have fell of carburetor cuz when u turn on the gas valve has pours out the seller wants to send a new carburetor but I have to take pics and send them and take extreme small video for the rattling issues it has to be 10 MB’s or smaller and everything has to be done on emails I’ve asked for a return but because I wasn’t here for the first 30 days after it was deliver to test anything out I may possibly be stuck with this 1000 dollar pos which my grandson got to ride once it’s been over a week that the back and fourth has gone on and still nothing done I am a maintenance mechanic so I figured I could remedy any issues no problem but I can’t get seller to send me any thing other than vague troubleshooting on website no instructions other than oil and filter changes during breakin no owner’s manual no nothin to tell me what anything should look like it’s crazy

This was junk. It had missing pieaces and was missing bolts and nuts.. it came scratched up. It ran for 10 min then we couldn't get it started again. This was a Christmas present for my grandson and this was the biggest disappointed for $1500.00

We have had issues with the batteries keeping charge. We would charge them all day and they would need to be charged again in no time. When hubby assembled them he used Loc-Tite on some of the parts after reading reviews that parts would fall off. The kids ride them everyday and I feel we got a great product

First off, your not saving any money buying this 4 wheeler, shipping was RIDICULOUS! And We've ONLY Had This Wheeler a Few Months and Have VERY LITTLE HOURS ON IT, Have Had to Replace BATTERY, 2 WHEELS That literally broke completely off while being rode (yes lug bolts were tight) front suspension is questionable and needs work, and the shocks already have to be replaced. Its being rode gently on flat ground and is literally falling apart! The money I've had to put into this in a short time, leave me thinking I'd been better off spending a bit more and bought a Honda or yamaha. Had thought about buying another one for grand kids to ride when here, but after realizing the cheap quality of this one, I will not be doing that and won't recommend anyone else waste there money unless they like buying cheap unsafe 4 wheelers!
