It outperformed expectations. I kinda expected the confirmation call the day after, expected it to show up in a box, expected the 3 hrs it took me to build it while managing my dog who kept running off. It works 100%. I suggest watching the YouTube building how-to’s. It cost 5$ in state tax and 200$ to liscense(both these you pay even if you buy a used moped). 70$ annual for insurance(also mandatory and covers theft). We received this moped and as it was being unpacked the main bolt that holds the we front tire to the frame was cross threaded and bent. I have several text messages to two different phone numbers where I have tried to solve this issue. This moped is still not able to be rode and it is going on 7 months.. ... show more

    • Headlights keep blowing bulbs
Overall nice, however the headlight bulbs blew, we replaced which was a $40 purchase! And they also blew within hours of installation! I don’t know why this is happening?

I received the scooter a couple days early, which was nice. Assembled it and it would not start. I did get it to start with starting fluid so I knew it was carburetor. Contacted the seller figuring I would get the run around. Just the opposite!! They gave me some videos to watch on how to properly diagnose the carb and with no hassles, are sending me a brand new carburetor. I want to say that the issue with the scooter was from the FACTORY and the seller had no control over this. Completely not their fault. I give them 5 stars for their great support after the sale!!! ... show more

This is the exact model i have been riding for 3 years with no problems. Used synthetic oil and no carburetor trouble. Was delivered ahead of schedule with excellent customer service!

This thing was purchased in May and already has a blown seal costing $700.00 in repairs.. do not buy one!!!!!!!

    • Needed work right off the skid!
The size of the bike and the look of the bike are awesome but right off the skid had to work on it just to keep it running very disappointing
