Mileage meter is metric. Tachometer is primarily metric, but there's MPH labeled in a secondary capacity. I cannot turn off the primary headlight once the scooter is on and the engine dies at low rpm - probably from a gummed up carburetor or fuel system, but - in good faith - I haven't verified that yet. I haven't received anything I need to get a title, they are not responsive to messaging through Amazon, and I cannot find any actual contact information for them. So, effectively, I cannot use this scooter because I cannot prove it is mine.

I bought this moped new, assembled it, filled it with the proper gas and oil, and connected the battery. Engine tries to turn over but won't. Also it is leaking brake fluid. I've followed all instructions and troubleshooting correctly. I now have to spend more money to take my NEW moped to a mechanic. Do not buy this product! Give your money to a different company that doesn't send you a defective bike.
