Update with technical support and many communications we have it running as of March 2026, seams to be working well so I updated to a 3 star. Nov. 2025 purchase. Took more to put together than expected bought for Christmas present and still can’t not get it to crank over. Never received any paperwork/manual or any directions. As of today still awaiting a response that I sent to Customer Service in assistance.

I almost never leave a review but this fell so far below expectations I couldn’t believe it. The only instructions provided to try and put this together is a video where you watch someone else put it together with no instructions, either on screen or something written down that you could follow along. You’re gonna need a good mechanical background to put this together. When I tried to reach out the makers, after some back and forth discussion they offered a $50 credit for a mechanic to put it together. Very frustrating experience overall.

This arrived with some damage, but x-pro was very quick to send out replacement parts. We are extremely happy with their customer service. As a whole, these are cheap ATV's but equally inexpensive. This was a good purchase and I would recommend these for anyone that's looking for a cheap starter ATV or an ATV for their kids (16 or older).

I bought this for my wife, and I am impressed by the quality put into this atv. I wasn't expecting much for what I paid for it, but when I unboxed it, I was surprised to see the quality suspension! Was easy to put together, but I would highly suggest reading everything for those of you that have never worked on an atv before. My wife absolutely loves it!!!

The media could not be loaded. My son loves it. He just got to get use to it as it’s the first time on one. He’s 5’ &120 some pounds and he fits on it perfectly. Hubby put it together in 3 hours, probably could have been less time if he wasn’t taking his time. Started right up without any issues. Fast delivery, it wasn’t supposed to be here until the 11th or the 12th and came on the 5th.
