Should I Buy It?

If you are looking for an affordable scooter and have the ability to handle potential maintenance or repair issues, this product could be an option. • Wonderful scooter at a great price!
Color: Blue
This scooter is absolutely amazing! Especially for the price. Upon receiving there was a couple of issues but they were super simple to fix and were just the product of it being shipped. If you purchase one go over all of the wires and make double sure they are plugged in. All they issues I had at first was just that. Loose connections. Now, zero issues. It fired right up on an 18 degree morning. Also, the customer service I received was top notch. Great communication and willingness to send anything that might be needed if there are any issues. I will definitely be spending my money with this company again. For a more comprehensive explanation of the issues that you might encounter and how to save them I will be posting a YouTube video of it the first week of April. • not the investment I hoped for
Color: Blue
The media could not be loaded. i was happy with this scooter at first but given its 3 month warranty it only took 4 months to begin falling apart . starting with the license plate holder which fell off , or the night driving home from work the sound it made went from scooter to loud harley . it happened so suddenly i thought i was about to be taken over by a truck. The underside of the muffler were its was attached to the brace had melted off , leaving 2 large holes. 2 other brackets that held it to the bike on the top side &front bottom also snapped & 3 of the 4 bolts holding the heat sheild in place had also given way and hung loose. i contacted the seller several times to inquire about replacement parts . the only rhing they sent me was a link for the license plate holder, after waiting a few weeks i contacted them again about the muffler, sent pics & asked them again about what they would do to back up their product or at least inform me of the cost of replacing the muffler and its busted brackets . and in the 1 short paragraph they replied bike is out of 3 month warranty, just weld back the broken peices . so now i have 7 places ive applied heat resistant cold weld apoxy, duct tape & crossed fingers and a prayer holding it together. seller apparently does not care about their product nor the safety of its riders. they have offered nothing really & i am tired of waiting for emails that read more like an insult than a solution to the problems at hand . gee i cant wait to see what falls off next . the trunk cracked and popped open as i was driving loosing nearly everything i placed in it twice . the right side rear veiw mirror is loose and wobbles as it was never tightened on the handle bar. rendering it almost useless, unless i use my thumb to push it forward so i can see the lane behind me . its my only mode of transportation i thought i was making an economically good decision, now its a disaster as i no longer feel safe to druve a scooter thats falling apart after 4 months usage and absolutely no support from the seller or manufacturer. its been sutting here for a gew weeks as i have had to use uber or walk and even bother anyone i know with a car for help , when my intentions were to regain some independance and save money , this scooter has afforded me nothing but the opposite . i should have made my purchase local. oh yeah i forgot to mention when it arrived it was some assembly required , no problem but the instruction dvd was coded for another country and could not be played at home . 15 hours from now , i should be able to start it up again , but , lets see how long i will survive as i leave a trail of scooter parts as im sure its not done falling apart yet. so if you're in the market looking for something inexpensive and reliable i would recomend another brand , i chose this one as it was inexpensive now i know it wasn't inexpensive, its just cheap! cheaply made and poorly put together,4/21/2023today it broke down on my way to work . i had to find a way to work and someone to get this peice of junk of the road & to a repair shop.i wish i could get a refund so i can buy a better brand. ok im at 4000 miles and its lost its second muffler just 2 weeks out of the repair shop and now has been sitting dead in a parking lot for the last week . the engine stuttered so bad it was like driving a mechanical bull . it was so loud i was embarrassed to drive it but had no choice because it was my only mode of transportation. no one from xpro or tao has ever come forward to back up their product no matter how many times i write to them my letters have gone unanswered , when all i need was a solution to this big ass lemon they sold me , absolutely no support from seller and all this bike has done for me was break down , its now had more break down time than time on the road . i wish i could demand a refund or replacement but all i can do is warn anyone who reads this to do not buy this brand and do not do business with this seller , you will get empty pockets and empty promises . i going to have to refer this over to legal to get anything done ... show more

  • Most frustrating moped ever
Color: Blue
I ordered this moped to replace my old one, and figured it would be an easy assembly, one of my friends ordered a moped a year or so ago, not from amazon, and it wasn't too difficult to put together. Boy was I in for a shock. First understand that this moped does not come with any instructions to assemble it. It comes only with a promotional DVD telling everyone how great their moped that you can't figure out how to assemble is. Then you can ask the seller for some guidence like I did, and they will point you to a very unhelpful video that isn't even valid for the model of moped they sent. The front axle goes in completely differently from the video, with no spacer, etc on the brake disc. If you would follow the vehicle, it would be very confusing and misleading. The panels even go on differently, your stuck trying to figure out what goes where. Some assembly required is a bit of an understatement with this moped too, if you think your going to do it with the dinky little "tookit" they send you, or even a set of socket wrenches, etc your dead wrong. You need at ton of tools to get this thing together, every external panel, the steering colum, the shocks, etc all need to be installed. All without any useful instructions. Yea good luck. I really wish I would have taken the time to sort through all the reviews and seen how many people are complaining about this. I wouldn't have wasted my time. Edit, this thing is completely falling apart, and it's impossible to find parts for it, only a few months in, this moped really is the worst waste of time and money I've ever put into amazon. STAY AWAY ... show more
