This is our summary and key points to consider based on customer reviews.

The collection of reviews presents a mixed but generally positive sentiment towards the bike. Customers appreciate the bike's value for money, citing its satisfactory performance and suitability for both short commutes and longer trips. At 6’2” and 230 lbs, one reviewer fits comfortably, demonstrating the bike's accommodating size. Modifications and maintenance are noted as necessary for optimal performance. However, several reviews mention quality control issues, highlighting problems such as a leaking front shock, a non-functional speedometer, and poor factory assembly leading to dangerous situations.

Pros

  • 🏍️ Great value for the price.
  • 👍 Fits larger riders comfortably.
  • 🛠️ Modifiable and capable of receiving upgrades for enhanced performance.
  • 🚀 Suitable for short and long trips, with a potential of reaching 60 mph.
  • 💪 Reliable with proper maintenance and care.

Should I Buy It?

If you're on a budget and need a versatile bike for short and long trips, this could be a good option, provided you're comfortable with performing maintenance and potential modifications yourself. However, if you prioritize longevity and reliability straight out of the box without the need for immediate fixes, you might want to consider other options.

  • Great bike for the price!

The media could not be loaded. Super fast delivery, packaged very well, no missing parts. Started up just fine and runs great! Bike is great for price. I am 6’2”, 230 lbs and I fit on the bike. Title is sent after receipt of bike. Front shock leaking although the seller “Power Sport Max” is sending another shock. Update: I wasn’t going to write an update to this review, but after exceptional customer service I feel the need to give them credit for it. Have about 700 miles on the bike now, and there have been some small fixable issues with the bike although every problem that has arose, Moto Pro has been there to make it right. The bike continues to be reliable with proper maintenance. I use it mostly for short 5 mile trips to and from work, occasionally for longer 50 mile trips going top speed at 50 mph, which has helped break in the bike. Was real stiff for about the first 500 miles, it now shifts and cruises smoother. Still very happy with my little 125, due to exceptional custer service ans support. Thanks Moto Pro! ... show more

  • Awesome little Red Devil
Color: Red
Just got the bike today, got it put together and ready to ride within about 4 hours. Everything was pretty straight forward, when you get your bike it comes with shipping oil, so it is best to drain that out and put proper oil in. Some things are pretty cheap but for the most part it is of good quality. Update: So far I have put 350 miles on it and I have not experience any problems with it other than the carb fighting me trying to start up. I have changed the front sprocket from a 14t (stock) to a 16t, that has made the bike cruise alot better, im able to hit 60 mph. ... show more

  • Dangerously Low Quality!
Color: Red
I was originally going to write a good review, because even with all the headaches, I still saved a lot of money over a Grom. The main problem I had with the bike is that it arrived with a broken speedometer. It is actually illegal for a manufacturer to ship a vehicle with safety components that do not work. The smart thing to do would have been to return the entire bike right then and there. But instead, I took in mind that I saved a lot of money on this purchase, and went ahead and contacted them and asked for a wiring diagram of the speed sensor. They didn't have a wiring diagram, so I asked them to send a replacement speed sensor, and let them know the urgency because I cannot ride the bike without knowing what speed I'm going or I'll get a ticket. It took them 2 weeks to send the speed sensor. They sent the wrong sensor. I then provided them a clear diagram of the correct sensor, they sent the wrong sensor two more times. The fourth time, which is now about 6 weeks later, they sent the correct sensor, and the speedometer still doesn't work. So I asked for a new gauge cluster, as this is the only other component that could have failed. They sent me a carburetor instead (a full week later, of course). I then had to wait another full week before getting the gauge cluster. After installing it, the speedometer finally started working, however the speed reading is so far off, it's completely unusable. And after all this, I was still willing to write a good 5-star review, because otherwise the bike was doing just fine. ... However, on my way home yesterday, the bike suddenly died and it wouldn't restart. Luckily I heard a weird hissing sound, looked down, and gasoline was draining out of the carburetor and onto the hot exhaust. I immediately turned the fuel valve off and was very lucky the gas did not ignite. When I inspected the carburetor, I found that the two fuel bowl bolts had backed out. When I inspected the bolts closely, there was no locking mechanism on the bolts, nor was there any loctite or thread compound of any kind. Let me make this clear; the only two bolts preventing gasoline from spilling onto the hot exhaust, had not been properly tightened, and had not been locked in place in any way. This bike has less than 30 miles on it. When I contacted them to let them know that their factory forgot to secure the bolts, they told me it was my fault for not checking them regularly, even though they know from our chat history that the bike is brand new and has barely ever been ridden, because of the speedometer issues. Update: After only 140miles, both motor mount bolts sheared off on my way home from work. Total and complete garbage. ... show more

  • Ya get what you pay for...
Color: Black
On first start up the license plate light fell apart from the vibration of the engine. The plastic lense melted to the light bulb. Fuel filter leaked at the seams. I expected this quality and pre planned on having to modify the bike with better quality accessories. It runs well and drives nicely so I got what I paid for with the price. I was not afraid to take things apart and modify things with the price that I paid. I didn't expect Honda Grom quality but I could not afford one of those any way. It's a decent project bike for the price. Don't buy it if you are not expecting to be doing repairs right off the bat. ... show more

Amazing value for the money but be prepared to do work for it. If you aren’t good at fixing bikes or don’t want to then this is not the bike for you Also stock battery is absolute garbage

  • Great experience!
Color: Black
I was really impressed with the process. I ordered on 10/05 and my bike showed up on 10/07. The tracking showed it would arrive between 10/14 and 10/21, so it was a welcome and pleasant surprise! Thanks Amazon! A couple of things about the bike. It showed up in great condition. No dents no dings no Nada. A couple things the manufacturer could work on, I had to loosen the exhaust system which required removing all the panels on the right side because the pipe was blocking the oil plug from being able to come out. It was a lot of work just to be able to drain it and add new oil. Nothing that wasn't overcome, but something that shouldn't have ever happened with a little foresight. All and all extremely satisfied. Added oil and gas and it fired right up! It was a fun first ride, looking forward to putting some miles on! ... show more
