DO NOT BUY!!!!! product came defective and not working properly was bought for a Christmas gift for my son given months later so I did not find out it was not working properly until after the 90 days of purchase and bc of that no one wanted to help or do anything about it amazon keeps lying g to me multiple times saying I will not bear any losses or have to go threw anymore hassle bc this issue has been ongoing for months going in circles with Amazon also the seller was not helpful at all kept saying it was the carburetor that was changed twice when we knew from the beginning that it was not the issue finally they wanted me to buy another carburetor and pay for shipping lol after I paid $400.00 to ship from the beginning it was infuriating so I am basically at the point of being out $13000 and no one caring or wanting to help in anyway and being left with a product that is completely useless so shame on both parties ... show more

Purchased last year, I have been repairing the quad every 2 to 4 weeks. Customer service is fine, if you don't mind communicating through email and messenger. For the most part you will receive the parts needed for repairs after you take pictures for needed replacement. Sent some leg shielding that doesn't fit this ATV, ask for some help with replacement and was asked to send pictures, I did that and didn't receive any response after that, no leg protection for my Grandson and no help from the company.
