What does the wa-rran-ty cover, and what is excluded? 1-year frame wa-rranty against structural defects. 90-day parts and battery wa-rranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear items excluded. Handled by our U.S.-based team. Does the vehicle come assembled, or do I need to assemble it? The Hawk 125 ships 85% pre-assembled. Remaining assembly takes approximately 45–60 minutes (4 wheels, handlebar, fenders, rear rack, rear shock, footrests, battery). Owner's manual and official YouTube assembly video included. Do I need to change the oil before the first ride? Yes — change the engine oil before your first ride. Factory oil is a break-in fluid not suitable for extended use. Skipping this step is the most common cause of early engine seizure. What should I do if my vehicle arrives damaged? Photograph everything before signing. Note damage on delivery receipt. Refuse delivery only if severely damaged — con-tact us within 48 hours with photos for damage found after opening.

The good is there cheap. Perfect for your young kids to get into riding. Change the oil after the break in and stay away from any deep water to keep the bearings clean and your good to go. I use it and weigh 195 lbs to go to my dock and back carrying 5 gallon gas can. I like it. And it came with the kill remote and tether. The bad. It's cheap. The frame is thin and will bend or break if you run it too hard or do any jumping. The battery goes dead if you don't keep a trickle charger on it. It came with one but I used a different one instead. You have to keep the bolts tight all the time they come loose. And the paint came with chips in it. I would recommend this for something your not going to abuse and I think it will last. ... show more

Follow up on May 2, 2021. So this thing is sweet! Gave it to my 12 year old daughter today and she was ripping around the yard tearing it up! You gotta know what you are getting here to enjoy it. The Chinese motorsport products are easy to find parts and easy to fix. They run good if you keep them up and maintain them. I could spend 4x as much to get a 125cc Japanese or US made ATV or I can spend $1200 and get a sweet little Chinese one that might need to be more closely maintained or might need the carb cleaned a few years down the road. We love this product, well done! Initial review: So far so good. The quad arrived ~2 weeks before the estimated delivery date and was well packaged in a wooden crate with metal edges. I have only unboxed, inspected, and started assembly but everything seems to be here, exactly as described, and in good condition. There is one minor issue I found with the front left brake cable being bent a little too far near the hub so I may or may not ask for a replacement cable after checking functionality. The color and trim matched the Amazon description to a t including the chrome exhaust accents and the fluorescent wheel trim. So far I am very happy with the purchase. I will update after assembly is complete and break in period is started. Thank you! ... show more

I love the looks and size of the ATV but it doesnt run very good. It is hard to start and will not idle. It will run a some at half choke. My mechanic says the carburetor needs replaced. He says it is plugged or obstructed. He says it is a sealed one that has no screws, but has rivets so it is not made to be opened. I have called the company and gotten voice mail. They say they will call me back within one business day. That didn't happen. ... show more

Pretty easy assembly didn't even have to watch the cd on it. Battery was dead no biggie just charged it back up with a tender. Great step up bike for the kids from the 50. Followed the instructions about changing the oil before operating. Kids love it, great bike for the price.

Nice little ATV for the kids with great features especially the remove motor kill. Thumb throttle is a little touchy for kids, motor hard to start after not being run for a while but spraying starter fluid unto carb makes it easy to start. I had to take them tires t I a tire shoo to get the tires on the rims. The written assembly guide is problematic to follow but the installation videos are great. Just be prepared to spend time taking it out of crate and assembling, but grandkids love it. ... show more
