It arrived in a box that had oil all over the inside. I thought the bike was supposed to be empty. My son hasn't ridden it yet because I'm still trying to connect a few things that weren't connected, like the rear shock and the front and rear brakes.     • Battery is junk!
The battery was junk. Filled it and it only ran for the 30 minutes and wouldn’t restart. Had to buy another battery. Never sat in the sun and not even a month of owning it the rubber strap to hold the battery in place rotted and broke.

We ordered this bike in the understanding that it was a kick start after assembling it we realized that it is not a kick start I emailed the seller and they got back to me within a couple hours and were very nice and understanding and helped me fix the problem!! The customer service was amazing we haven’t used the bike yet as it’s for Christmas but it starts up very quickly and sounds strong I think it will be a good starter bike!! ... show more

This was a Christmas gift for my grandsons. They absolutely love it. I was concerned it might not be a good fit as they are 8 and 11. They had no issues riding it first time. It was so easy to assemble that Dad had it ready to ride in an hour. I would highly recommend this bike.
