Item was exactly as advertised and exactly as expected. If you are at all mechanically inclinded, the unit was very easy to assembly (less than an hour start to finish) and arrived in perfect condition. Both the sender and the shipping company were great with notifications during shipping and a call prior to delivery, unit arrived even sooner than anticipated. I reached out to XPRO customer service via Amazon with a question and recieved an answer and resolution in less than 24 hours. I would recommend this unit. It is just as nice as many of the much pricer units I looked at in retail stores.

started having issues with the battery not staying charged after maybe 5 times of riding..contacted the seller (chinese ppl) they told me to take it to a dealer to have it fixed

Got these for Christmas. So far the kids love them. They were shipped in steel crates so no damage occurred. The carrier company called and scheduled delivery and all went smoothly. My husband (who is mechanically inclined) said they were really easy to assemble. They started right up and run really well so far. Be sure to follow instructions regarding changing the factory oil. The accelerator can be throttled down with a screw so the bike won’t go really fast. Picture shows my almost 7 year old (tall for her age) and my 3 year old. Both are able to handle it well and love them. The 3 year old’s is throttled down to not allow full speed. But take note, my 3 year old is very well coordinated so driving comes natural to him. Overall, best Christmas presents, great value, great bikes!

The machine, did not come with instructions and there is "some assembly required". Tie rods, shock absorbers and wheel alignment were all part of the assembly. Nothing too hard that a few hours on YouTube wouldn't solve. Make sure to look for the choke on the engine, it is hard to find.

Unboxed put on handle bars and four tires and it fired right up. My 10 year old grandson loves it. Added on 8/24/21 contracted company for replacement part was at my door in 5 days can’t say enough good about my experience with this company. I would give 10 stars if I could.
