We brought this wheelchair for my grandpa who’s 90 years old and he really enjoyed using it. It is fairly easy to control so he learned it quickly and was able to navigate himself freely. The light weight feature really helps when we need to drive him to places and bring the wheelchair with us, also it made the task of caring him and moving him around much more easier. In addition, the batteries come with the wheelchair provide a really long cruise distance before next charge, and the two batteries can be switched during one is charging which leaves no downtime for the wheelchair. All together it’s a great value for the investment!

My mom is 81 and doesn't walk. She has had a couple wheel chairs similar that self propel. This one is great! First and foremost the maneuverability is excellent. It is responsive and well controlled. That is a relief. She had one that was overly sensitive and not well controlled...but this one is excellent. She really likes the features such as the foot rests. They can be used or folded up. The handles on the back are a plus! If somehow the battery runs down, which is unlikely with an 8 mile capacity, you can easily push it...and it is nothing like a clunky hospital wheelchair. We like that the arm rests can be put up for ease of exiting to the side if need be but they stay put until the button allows that. I like that I can remove the seat belt entirely. Mom will not use it. I appreciate the pouch on the back that was thoughtful. We really were not even interested in it's ability to fold and and be portable but now see the possibilities because of that. It will be easier for me on some days to transport it rather her scooter and now that she has one she can control well, she is more agreeable to using it in public. Her previous chair made her hesitant to take out in public for fear she would run into someone. Thank you to ZiiRobot for an excellent product. She needs this for mobility in the home and it makes it easier for her to navigate and transition to and from it bc it stays put and won't roll until commanded to. We love it!!

I absolutely love my Ziilif battery operated wheelchair. For about a year I looked for a light weight chair, but didn't want to purchase something that I would have to return. Last week I tried one out at the abilities expo in Houston and decided I had to have it. The chair arrived in a box that had no dents, holes or tears on it. After taking the already assembled chair out of the box, we connected the already charged battery and I was rolling in less than 5 minutes from opening the box. The performance of this chair is phenomenal. The easy touch joy stick works perfectly. The chair is very easy to maneuver. Its lightweight, and moves like lightening. I'm very happy that I made this purchase it's well worth the comfort and the ease of commuting.

I am 79 years old and needed an electric wheelchair for my wife with Parkinson’s disease – the ZiiLIF-X1 exceeded all my expectations! As a 79-year-old caring for my wife, I was searching for a wheelchair that I could easily lift and place into the trunk of my car by myself. After reviewing many models, I finally found the ZiiLIF-X1, and I couldn’t be more pleased. This wheelchair is the lightest I’ve come across, weighing only about 31 lbs. with one battery, which I can easily manage on my own. The ZiiLIF-X1 features two batteries, providing an impressive 11-mile range. The best part is that one battery alone allows for 6 miles of travel, which is more than enough for our daily trips. I don’t foresee ever needing to attach the second battery, as one is plenty for our typical use in our Continuing Care Retirement Community (C.C.R.C.) and our trips to the market and town. Another thing I appreciate is how easy it was to switch the controller to the left-hand side, which is much more comfortable for my wife. I just had to remove one screw to move the wire and place the controller on the left handle with no trouble at all. Many electric wheelchairs require you to choose a side or pay extra to make this change, which was a fantastic feature for me. One small downside is that the wheelchair’s light weight means it doesn’t have much damping material around the motors, so there is a slight hum when it’s in use. However, this hasn’t been a significant issue for us. I would also recommend purchasing a rear bumper guard for cars; a 41” x 21” rear bumper protector for my car was available on Amazon for about $30.00 to avoid any chance of scraping the lid of the trunk when placing or removing the wheelchair from the car. In addition to the impressive features of the wheelchair itself, I’m incredibly grateful for the American-based support. The ZiiLIF-X1 is headquartered in Ohio, which means I can get assistance from people who are just a phone call away and understand the specific needs of customers in the U.S. This level of local support has been a huge relief, especially when I need any help with the wheelchair's operation. Ben, in particular, has been an exceptional help whenever I have had questions. Whether it’s adjusting settings or troubleshooting a small issue, Ben is always there to offer clear, friendly, and efficient guidance. Having someone so knowledgeable and patient to assist with any questions about the wheelchair’s operation has been a real game-changer for us. I highly recommend the ZiiLIF-X1 to anyone looking for a lightweight, reliable, and user-friendly electric wheelchair with great customer service!
