The item was delivered right before Christmas. Our daughter opened it and used it for less than 2 1/2 weeks. We returned it within 30 day timeframe and now they’re pretending that they lost it. We’ll have all receipts. I highly advise anyone not to buy this product from this company.

The printer itself seems ok, but there is no excuse for the software you have to download. You need to login to use the software and even to connect to the printer. If you try to do that on Christmas morning the servers are overloaded and you can't login. This is marketed as a children's toy. It should not require a login. And generally hardware should not require a login to use. Software that gives access to its basic functions should not be dependent on whether or not a company's server is good enough.

The media could not be loaded. Bought this as a Santa gift for my 8 year old boys and it has been such a great purchase. I loved that it came fully assembled, so there was nothing to set up and they were able to start using it right away. It is incredibly easy to use, even for kids, and the app offers so many fun and creative projects to choose from. The boys can navigate everything on their own, which makes it even better. It keeps them engaged, excited, and learning while having fun. Highly recommend for kids who love building and creating.

The media could not be loaded. I bought it for my 9-year-old grandson's birthday gift. Knowing nothing about 3D printer, I read some reviews on the internet and it seemed this X-MAKER by AOSEED is the easiest one for beginner. It was pre-calibrated, leveled that we don't have to deal with all the complicated adjustments and problem-solving frustration. It turned out to be a wonderful purchase so far after a few weeks of use. It was effortless to set up. The only problem encountered was that we installed the filament coil upside down, the wire didn't feed through smoothly and got tangled. Other than that we pretty much had to do nothing mechanically and just let the machine work its magics. Keep in mind this printer only prints 1 color at a time. So there will be some painting needed for multi-color project and parts are being printed in one batch. We printed several test models from the jump-drive provided, and unloaded several programs from the app. The dragon in the egg was the first project he did for himself. It was already taken to his father's office for show. Next will be the "Anniversary gift" for Mommy & Daddy and many more projects are in the queue. My grandson learned how to work with the machine and enjoyed it so much!

Zero stars. It stopped working after a couple of animals printed. We sent this back in for a refund. It’s been over two weeks and they still won’t acknowledge the refund. I would never buy this system again. The functionality is defaulted along with the app.

Easy to use and operate. I did already have a filament stuck in there, but it was really actually quite easy to get out if you have the tools for it and buy tools. You just need like a Phillips head screwdriver and small fingers help 😂. I think it was a good value and the print quality is really nice in my opinion. As far as functionality, I’m not really sure what people are looking for him. I would say it functions as advertised. My one issue is that the one time I’ve printed something that got multiple task with it when I went to do task too. It was not where it said it would be found because it automatically print task one, but you do have to manually go in and print test too, so that’s like the one downside so far. Also, it’s really easy to upload STL files once you download them. I download it to my phone and then upload it in the app and it prints. Amazingly, I made a couple of things like that so far.
