  • Good rog for the price
I've brought a couple chest rigs now. The first one cost over $100. I wanted a rig set up for HT. Cons. Not as durable at the $100 unit I have 14" antennas on my HT. The antenna cuts cause the antennas to be right in my face. A slight cante would cure this issue. The wife put a "button hole" about an inch to the outside of the rig and it helps. Pros. Holds 2 HT with room for more. Mind holds and 8" knife, S&W 4".44 mag, two speed loaders and some med gear. I can buy 5 or 6 of these to 1 of the other rigs I bought. I'll be buying another one of these when this gets stained and dirty and I won't cry about it. ... show more

  • Decent pack
Feels good. Use it for search. And rescue holds a lot of my smaller gear fits and feels well

  • high wearing chest pack is low in price and high in quality
Overall its a pack with enough room for two radios and a gps and cell phone with space for a note pad and compass and map and still room enough for a small flashlight or spare battery (don't do that if you have a backpack, keep un needed stuff out of the chest pack). Appreciate choice of dark zipper; brass would have been distracting and odd. Would prefer a reverse of the pull straps angle; easier to pull forward to tighten rather than pull backward. A backing sheet maybe thin plastic plate would be appreciated; bag is a bit floppy and loose otherwise. May put a cut piece of foam or polyethene from a 2.5 gallon jug in the back zipper section. Other than that, if you're trying to strive for balance in hiking or running this could be the ticket (wish they offered a smaler one then). ... show more

  • Better than I expected!
I was looking for a bag to replace the plastic shopping bag I was using to hold my random radio accessories and firearm in my jeep. I needed the bag to do bag things like compartmentalize and organize and all the othe iz-es needed from a bag. This bag has all that. Well constructed and seemingly durable. I hang it off the back of my headrest...it does that like a plastic bag but less noisy. That's a positive. Size is perfect for me. Not too small, not too big. Check dimensions if this is the size you need. Opens and expands out enough without crushing everything. Looks clean and neat. Very good product. More color options would be my only complaint but black is pretty universal just the same. ... show more

  • Not to bad!
The straps could be a little beefier, other than that it should be ok.

  • Great for mobile ham operators on the go!
I really enjoy this item and will buy more! The bag fits my mobile ham radio perfect and is great to use for hiking or walks without the hastle of having to hold your radio. There are additional compartments that allow you to stash other supplies such as knifes, medical supplies, and other things you want to take in the outdoors. All in all, this is a great product for anyone who enjoys the outdoors and I will purchase again! ... show more

  • Utter garbage
I used it today for the first time, and one of the connection points completely failed. Pulled right out of the bad and was barely holding on by a literal thread. Would not buy again

  • Almost perfect
1st. I need to say, this wasn't exactly what I was looking for. I didn't necessarily want a chest rig. Just a go bag to hold both my DMR and analog ht's along with their accessories for those road trips or outdoor activities. That said, this filled that perfectly. Just grab and go. Holds my Anytone, hotspot, powerpack, backup battery, antennas and cables along with my Wouxun and its accessories. ... show more
