These Famiware dishes are amazingly beautiful, modern, and they're very durable stoneware. I even tried to scratch them with a fork and they didn't scratch. The manufacturer packaged them very well even though the outer Amazon box was poorly packaged (the boxes inside the larger Amazon box weren't secured and the Amazon box arrived partially open and dented). These dishes are glossy with small speckles and the shapes are modern. I ordered a set of the wider bowls also because they would make great salad bowls and the bowls that come with this set are soup-bowl size (see photo with wider bowls on right and smaller bowls in this set on the left). There are smaller "salad" plates that have just a short edge/lip to them. Very happy with this purchase!!

I am very happy to start using these fun, modern looking plates. They only thing I was disappointed in was that the price went up a few dollars on the second day of "Amazon sale days" 11th & 12th. Although I was surprised at this, I did purchase because I spent ALOT of time researching which plate settings I wanted. I can't believe this price change in the middle of special sale days, that was uncalled for.

I needed to order a whole kitchen set for a family, so I ordered multiple sets of plates, bowls, and cups from this company. Out of all that I ordered, only one chip was chipped. I am a realist. Sometimes, things come broke but not because of the fault of others. Again, sometimes, things happen. I notified the company with a picture, and they immediately rectified the situation by promising to send a replacement plate as soon as possible. The other items I received were as pictured and described. I am so happy with my dinnerware set, as well as the immediate and professional response from the company. As long as they send the replacement plate I will be happy.

I ordered this set and it’s great, but one of the larger plates came broken. In the box they have an email for their customer service to contact them and they would send a free replacement of any broken items. I did that a few weeks ago and they have not responded at all.
